I am in the prosses of making my list.
But off the top of my head in no order.
Tyson,Lewis,Benn,McClellen,Julian Jakson,Naz,Foreman,Bruno?,Poison Junior Jones?,Ruddock?
so many to pick from.

Its hard to judge Jones's KO power coz he somtimes carried opponents you got the impression he could have stopped.

ahh i thought of another one herbie hide just have look at his ko record W 36 (35 ko's enuff said  8)

I think fighters in the lighter weight divisions tend to get left out so I am trying to think welter and lower.

eubank was strong man and had good power but he isnt hardest puncher of 90s look at his ko record  W 45 (23 ko's)  michael watson had good power yes he knocked out benn but you never really seen watsons power against top opponents because his career was endly so sadly so the jurys out on how hard watson hit
