When do the updates happen?

WTG Memphis for taking over this job from the disappeared Britkid....has anyone heard anything from him since he disappeared? Hopefully, the curse of the prediction contest does not smite you down as well.

My main question was, as I seem to be destined for another season of mid-table mediocrity, how do you get to the top?

Killersheep nailing the round of the Pavlik KO - thank fuck it wasn't his joker 8)

Hard lines to runaway leader L33 who was a round out on his Pavlik KO with his joker - by my calculations that may have kept the rest of us lugs in the game. If his prediction had been for round 8 instead of 7 I believe he'd have scored 30pts instead of only 8... :D


I'm so stingy with round predictions, I don't want to lose the 2pts so I don't even bother!!

Yeah going for the MD and hitting it is a great pick....almost as good as gettingflukethe correct round ;)

So pissed off! I missed the Erdei KO round by 1. Why couldn't that sissy hold out one more round for me :)

Its amazing what a few points will turn you into. Many a time Ive urged the battered fighter to hang on just one more round......Or cursed him for doing do ;D

Its a marathon not a sprint, I've been near the top for 3 weeks and I'm not going no where, sheep's been there with me, his sportsbook knowledge is helpin me thinks, this is weird man, I always do shit in the sportsbook yet I'm doing alright in this. Its bound to change soon though eh :-\

BTW I manage the prediction league at boxingtalk.com consider this an invite for the saddo players to compete o'er there. I am trying to become the undisputed unified champion this year, lol. There's no need for arrogance there youngster, you should just relax and enjoy the comp like me. I'm happy as larry in the mid-table duldrums as I was last season, not a big scorer, I might occasionally trouble the top 10, but like Aston Villa, will never stay there for long. ;)

I finished runner-up in the first, runner-up in the second and sixth place in the third comp...although I'd like to point out I was the moral winner on all three occasions. This, of course, is an unequivocal FACT.

The difference between me and you, Pete, my good fellow, is you're working with 85% luck and 15% skill where as I'm working with 100% skill and 0% luck. This, of course, is an unequivocal FACT.

Theres a saying about getting to the top being the easy part, staying there is a different matter, but Im fucked if I can remember it.

Well I said I would give a demonstration on how it is tougher staying at the top than it is getting there and here it is. Due to a 'administrative' error ;D I was awarded 40 points rather than the correct 33.

Im gutted that my stint only lasted a couple of days, it just makes me more determind to get back up there. I console myself in the knowledge that at least Pete isnt top ;)
