prime larry holmes vs wlad klit or vitali klit who wins

prime holmes vs either one of the brothers who wins ??

I figured someone would take this and run! LOL!

Larry takes em both to school
He had a great work rate,and came in great condition.
BUT don't forget when Larry met Cooney Larry was only 212lbs!
that could be a factor!
Larry holmes had a brutal punishing jab! I think the best jab ever in HW boxing.
He used it well to set up a decent Right hand.
Under rated and under appreciated in his day.
He "didn't get no respect"
Klitschkos are a bit TOO robotic.

uhh he was past his prime then plus first fight was close but spinks didnt do enough to take champions belt and in second fight holmes was totally robbed you do know spinks also beat gerry cooney there was nothing wrong with spinks at heavyweight and if wlads so good why did he lose to ross purity sanders and lamon brewster tell me that ??

I could see Larry beating Wladimir, but he would have a hard time wtih either brother... His work rate would hurt him against such heavy punchers, and he is simply to small in terms of strength to compete IMO, but if he can outbox either at the same time, and is far faster than either so its even in my books. Lennox Lewis however, I say, would destroy Holmes.

Vitali's been beaten before in a kick boxing match. Pele Reid knocked Vitali out with a spinning kick to the jaw. Seems like someone that knows so much about the Klitschko's would know this.

That being said...I'm a huge fan of Vitali's & think that he was a much more sound fighter than Wlad...awkward but he set into his punches a bit more than Wlad did.

Lennox was more skilled than either Klitschko brother, and he was faster, and from what I've heard he was stronger than any heavyweight, but regardless Lennox was ko'ed once... That McCall fight was a bad stoppage. Lennox has also been hit by heavier punchers than those two, and so they were a case of the right punch at the right time which can happen in the heavyweight division. Holmes is a great boxer, but size is really important because Chris Byrd who is faster than Holmes, and has a better defense was still picked apart by both brothers.

byrd is 5 foot 11 or 6 foot and is southpaw and is totally different style to holmes larry holmes also had much better jab than byrd and brothers getting hit with that piston jab would shake them up plus that mccall stoppage wasnt bad lewis did stagger when he got up he looked unsteady

He still had a degree of speed in his jab though, and I have seen some of the really really early Lennox, he was an all out banger, did he not carry some of this early ferocity into his later performances, because the way he dealt with Holyfield and Tyson was nothing short of masterful. CC to one of my fave posters! (in 24!)
