williams will be less thought of by the end of this year.Quote:

Now...some of those are already known...but I think that 2007 is going to blow up either for them...or in their faces.
Can't wait to see.
Bojado :dontknow:
i would really like to see zahire raheem get back on track. i would also like to see anthony thompson do some big things.
Audley Harrison - already well known but so far has been very disappointing, hopefully he'll sort himself out this year and try to make a real impact at world level. Of course he could just as easily lose to some unknown bum but surely he realises that this is his last chance to impress and Im hoping he does just that.
Heres a few fighters that I think will come on to the scene in 2007:
'Bad' Chad
Giovanni Segura
David Haye
Librado Andrade
Sergiy Dzinziruk
Travis Simms
Michael Katsidis
Alex Arthur
Miguel Roman
Jorge Linares
Juan Manuel Lopez
Amir Khan is gonna go close to a title or thereabouts by the end of 2007.
His chin is still under suspicion but the skills are obvious

Allan Green
Lorenzo Parra
Koki Kameda
Luis Perez
Wladimir Sidorenko
Jorge Paez Jr
HMMM Good Question.....
I think Paul Malignaggi will make some noise at 140.....
Sam Peter will hold onto some version of the world title
Travis Simms (as long as he is injury free) Will become a major player!!!
2007 will also be a bad year for....
Nicolay Valuev....
Shannon Briggs...
Joe Calzaghe...
Antonio Tarver....
Just hunches.. ::**
I have a hunch for guys like
Magic man malignaggi..
Miranda is getting some well deserved props now..He'll be blowin up...
Bautista....
Vazquez might blow way out of proportion win or loose against marquez if he puts on a real show..
Jonathon oquendo
Librado Andrade , hear hes on the move to light heavy..Stead of waiting for kessler all his life...
Theres alot to be done up there nobody really has a chokehold.
Imo i dont think williams will make it this year..I think that margarito might be the fight that makes his fortune and his name..But i honestly dont think margarito gives him the fight...
I have a hunch he takes another big name this year and looses either a lopsided decision or gets stopped....
Well if Tyson gets serious jail time he will try and break out.
Weather or not he'll succeed remains to be seen..
Here's a picture of Wacko waiting in Tysons cell.
DHOP.
Cotto.
Andre Berto.
Allan Green.
What do you mean?Quote:

My boy Jhonny Gonzalez, is going to turn around from his loss to Vazquez beat a few bums, Gerry Penalosa (in Penalosa's home court) and a big name at the end of the year.
Golden boy promotions have been saying it looks like he was going to step up in weight because he'd been waiting so long for his mandatory bout with kessler...Quote:

If he's dropped hopes for kessler its because he's sick of the waiting and he may have had trouble making weight..If he really wanted to duck kessler he wouldnt have hung around for so long ..
He won the eliminator in april...For what was then beyers wbc title.. Then beyer fought bika..
Hooked up with kessler in october.. The bout might not have had to happen yet.. Or perhaps its not mikkel's fault and the wbc's that they havnt enforced the bout but the bout should have at least had a date put to it by now... Im not entirely certain what librado's camp plans on doing with it though..
Julio Cesar Chavez Jr
Kelly Pavlik
Chad Dawson
Andre Ward
Ronald Hearns
me
What the fuck happened to Andre Ward??? I was really impressed with him the last time I saw him on HBO then he just disappeared. BTW, sometimes I hate on Amir Khan, but the guy's handspeed alone will ensure that he will be undefeated with a title in a year or a year and a half's time.Quote:

Pavlik has an HBo date comin up & dawson has the Showtime title fight. I think Dawson may beat Adamek. I agree with Dawson but Pavlik hasnt shown to much yet. I wanna see Pavlik in with a guy that can punch & see how his chin holds up.
John Murray (Boxing Writers young fighter of the year in the UK, similar to Juan Diaz keep an eye out people)
Boom Boom Bautista
Kelly Pavlik
Steve Molitor IBF Super Bantam champ, possible P4P material (And canadian :o) ;).
Lucian Bute
Luis Collazo
Librado Andrade
David Haye
Nicky Cook
Jamie Moore (Untested at world level but hard as nails southpaw, tough as hell and big puncher)
Matt Macklin
Lenny Daws
Good points bro cc!!Quote:

I think he fares well against mosely in all fairness..
And if he pulls that off..There will be lots of fighters in a fresh welterweight division for luis to take a fight with...Plus maybe he could get his hands on the vacant wbc title..?
Thanks bro cc, did Floyd drop his belt? Or do you mean Oscar's belt? Has Collazo v Mosley been confirmed as 147?Quote:

Not sure about the date but i know theres one flying about..
A great fight if you ask me.. These are the fights that luis needs to showcase his skill
Peace
Pavlick!
Collazo v Mosley is all signed up I believe for Feb 10th but I haven't heard a weight class. I can't wait for the fight too man, an intresting match up. Has Mosley faded enough for Luis to cash in is the question because at this day and age with shane's style being so reliant on reactions sooner or later he surely he will come unstuck, and someone with the strength, speed, toughness, skills and tenacity of Luis Collazo could be the one to do it.Quote:

Its gona be a real second test for mosely..He has already proved himself but he's gona have to show he can go back to his welter/lightweight self...Quote:

At light middle he got a gift against oscar.. Beat by winky twice and was down when he stopped vargas the first fight.. and pulled out some good stuff the second..
But at the higher weights he seems to be narrow minded..Be flat footed and throw one punch at a time and keep his power..Or move around and throw fast combo's with no weight in his punches...
Collazo has shown something in the hatton fight where around the fourth or so hatton would try to crowd but collazo fought real nice moving backwards.. And when he got some confidence he looked good for a couple of rounds.. i hope that at lower weights shane can be fast but have some weight in his hands..If he cant luis has his number..
Peace
I seen him twice. He's got talent. But that defense needs improvement. Another good prospect is Alexis Camacho. He's a welterweight with a big punch.Quote:

I didn't mention him because like others I imagine, I think he's already arrived.Quote:

There is no point in a rematch against Campbell. The first fight wasn't even competitive. Raiymkulov got his ass kicked badly. It was a complete mismatch from the beginning.Quote:

Khan- We'll see how the chin holds up. But he's a stud.
Miranda- Will make noise at MW, (that noise will NOT include beating JT).
Valero- Even a decent showing against Pac will make his stock go up.
Manfredo- If the JC that showed up for Bika shows up for Manfredo, JC is in trouble. Even if we get the good JC, Manfredo will do well enough that people will start looking at him as a real boxer.
Other predictions-
*Kessler gets exposed in '07.
*Mayweather loses to OLDH, Cotto or Margarito by the end of the year. Even if no one else thinks Margarito can beat Floyd, Floyd does. When Margarito confronted him at that press conference, you can see the bitch in his eye.
*Cintron gets sparked again by somebody.
*Lacy heals that rotator cuff and beats up on somebody noteworthy by year's end.
*Roy Jones Jr. faces BHop and never fights again after lopsided decision or late round KO/TKO.
*Sergio Mora gets raped, (but at least it's likely to be by somebody world class).
