Spot on beds on the chicken, and now that you have your chicke how about a side order of 'Dill Potatoes" ;)
4 potatoes
dry dill
parsley
butter
salt
Step1: Boil potatoes in water 'till tender.
Step2: Drain water out and cut potatoes (DO NOT PEAL) into chunks/pieces
Step3: Add butter to a sauce pan, melt and slowly add potatoes. Now you add sprinkle dill and parsely over potatoes 'stirring' slowly and carefully so that potatoes do not smash and (add to your liking) then add salt and continue to stir.
Serve it next to the 'Tandorri Chicken Thighs' and enjoy!!! 8)
*By the way dill potatoes are my fav. side dish to eat along with 'creamed spinach'
