I will start it off with the so-called champs:

Krzysztof Wlodarczyk --IBF Cruiser
--lost at home, so he wins. Too bad Cunningham didn't come stronger.

Chad Dawson is still raw.

It's not Bells fault the Jones fight didn't happen. They didn't let Jones medically fight wasn't that the case?(I don't know but I think it was)

And Chad Dawson, in my book wouldn't beat Glen Johnson.

I agree PGH.... I mean Chads my boy but I need to see 1st how he does against Adamek.
If he can pull out a very good performance then he's as ready as he'll ever be.... IMO.

I like Krzysztof but I do think that hes very beatable, I think the man to beat him will be David Haye.


Heres some fighters that I think will be exposed this year IF they decide to step it up in competition..

Robert Stieglitz (Sup. Middleweight) - I think someone like Soliman and Calzaghe that can give volume punching can shut him down.

Sergio Mora (Middleweight) & Kelly Pavlik - The second he fights ANYONE ranked amogst the top 10 it's lights out for him.

Steven Luevano (Sup. Featherweight) - He was one of my fav. prospects in '04, '05 but the quality of his opponents hasn't done much the more important thing that stands out to me is hes just barely edging out wins and he lacks power 2 critical things needed when your future opponents MIGHT be PAC-MAN, Valero, Guzman and co.

Koki Kameda (Light Fly.) - I think both Solis & Cazares can make him hit the deck, he struggled against Landeta. And both Solis & Cazares are both stronger then Landeta. I would like to see Kameda vs. Segura 8)

I wouldnt say Woods is over rated . Johnson beat Tarver and Jones the top two lightheavys and then Woods went and beat him so considering Woods is hardly mentioned or known then you cant call him over rated . Under rated if anything

ill have to go with ricky hatton as my most overrated.........in fact he is the most overrated champion of all time................he cant punch he cant box.....hes an apple waiting to be picked...........now hes going after another washed up legend in blown up lighweight jl castillo....ricky wont fight a great fighter or a bigger name until they are washed up and old.......he went back down to 140 b/c there is really nobody left in that division..all the dangerous guys are at 147 and they would all starch hatton quick like.........mosley, margarito, pbf, even zab, probably still gatti. hatton just wants to play it safe and retire witha phony undefenated record IMO. there is no other reason to pick on a guy like castillo who is clearly past it.... a guy who couldnt even get by a mid card guy life ngogu..........

i reckon collazo will suprise a lot of people when he fights mosley cos he was a very under rated fighter at the time ricky faught and beat him and that like urango was a very ricky fight for ricky to take. but he still took them both.

I am amazed you said that o0 vivan v hatton was pretty much a certaintiy; harris had been yabbing on about it for ages and hatton wanted the fight. All harris had to do was get past the small task that was beating maussa and he would have a unification match with Hatton, but harris went and got him self stopped didn't he?

If he had won hatton would of fought him rather than maussa, but he lost so hatton just went on and batterd maussa... harris has done fuck all since, beat no body, won no titles - will do nothing for ricky posses little threat to hatton, how is that ducking him?

i heard that harris might have earned himself a title fight. i would like to see him fight witter for the WBC title. would be a good fight and a good name for the winner to have on their record which ever way the fight would go.

I like what I am seeing from Paul Williams so I would get him off the list !

Kermit Cintron ( he does need to snap out of it ) his killer instinct is dying out. he once was a fire cracker now he is got lame duck syndrome ! Manny what the fu$% man ? no more lame fighting style teachings.. Tell your students to un learn what they have learned and get back to the golden days ! shit , your fighters are becoming snuff queens.. lets get back to the Hearns and Michael Moorer days !

Rocky Juarez can come off the list (losing to Barrera aint no thing !) ..

I think Viloria is a good fighter. .he had a bad night and got out hustled , but he do have the goods,, I would take him off the list for now .

I know i have joked about Ruiz being great and will unifiy the HW, but i wouldn't say he is overrated though.. everyone seems to hate him 'coz of his borring style, he is a pretty skilled boxer IMO he lacks speed that lets him down a lot and he is borring, but he is one of the more skilled boxer in the heavys atm... don;'t think he ever recoverd from that bruta KO at the hands of tua, doesn't like to risk getting KTFO again...

I dont think there are any overated champs?

Maybe jsut a bad case of over discussed ^-^

The funny thing is I really like a lot of the the fighters on that list, and they are all over rated for different reasons, be it WBC/IBF/WBA/WBO rankings, bad performances, unproven ratings, bad showings or hype. If I was to go into every single fighter on that list why I thought they were overated, It'd take about 2 hours, just food for thought :) I wouldn't mind seeing some other peoples lists ;)

I just picked the HW's from you list.
The post was most overrated!

Everyone thinks all these guys are sh1t! if any thing they can't be as bad as people say they are.......well Ruiz could.. he's worse that people think, and EVERYONE says he sucks dogsh1t thru a straw!

The rest are about on par with general opinion IMO except maybe Rahman who MIGHT be better than peope think, on a good day.

As for OVERRATED? since people think the Klitschkos fart Oxygen and sweat Champagne they must be over rated.!!

Underrated?/overrated possible winner.... Valuev..could go either way.

I know i have joked about Ruiz being great and will unifiy the HW, but i wouldn't say he is overrated though.. everyone seems to hate him 'coz of his borring style, he is a pretty skilled boxer IMO he lacks speed that lets him down a lot and he is borring, but he is one of the more skilled boxer in the heavys atm... don;'t think he ever recoverd from that bruta KO at the hands of tua, doesn't like to risk getting KTFO again...

I always respect a guy who takes an opposing viewpoint.

Ruiz did win a lot of fights and did well in lots more against some of the very best. accomplished alot.
Maybe title of "boxer who did the most with the least, and made the fans pay for it!"
Bad stlyes might win fights,but won't win fans.
Its a catch 22 for a guy like Ruiz.

One thing about Ruiz. The only good thing I will ever say about him. He has balls. He will fight ANYBODY. And that's cool. And he tried to make the Toney bout exciting. But his style, whether it wins or not, is boring. There isn't any skill to it. There isn't any flash to it. You can't admire it. He throws a punch and then hugs the guy before he can punch. That's how he wins. IN a nutshell anyways.
