OSCAR Fin over PAC MAN!!!!!!
word is that OSCAR threatened HBO to not televise Pac Man's upcoming bout with In Jin Chi and if they do then they'll too be included in the LEGAL DRAMA that Golden Boy vs Arum have developed over the rights to promote Pac Man. This is WACK for PAC MAN seeing that if HBO is not showing him fight then his career is already on the decline. Already it seems Pac Man may have made the wrong choice to go with ARUM since GOLDEN BOY has all the fighters that everyone wants Pac to fight and the best ARUM can do is match up unknowns in locations where boxing is not even popular.
DAMN leechez squash ya DRAMA already and let us watch some damn good fights!!!!!!!!

Where's the proof on this??? BTW, getting in a lawsuit with HBO is probably not the best idea for a promoter whose championship level talent (MAB, B-Hop, ODLH, and SSM) are THIS close to retiring and whose young talent pool is really not that great outside of D-Hop. Messing with Top Rank in court is fine but screwing around with a giant like HBO could get you f'ed up. Someone needs to check ODLH's ego.

I think Manny deserves all of that b.s.
Oscar doing the right things as a promoter,
A person in his right frame of mind cant just sign and un-sign a contract at his whim
Its even clear here that Manny's decision was based solely on the signing bonus he was to take with Arum.

Oscar's just doing what he has to do. He's teaching Pac a lesson. And he's using HBO to do it with. While I agree it's not the brightest of moves to go up against a Juggernaut like HBO, it's still something that has to be done. Pac actions can not be ignored or forgotten. For Pac to agree on a deal and than back out is highly disrespectful to Oscar. Shit like that gets fools killed on the streets.

is this even true, i thought roach is training oscar now? and roach is pacs father figure, and last i heard oscar wasn't mad a pac he wasn't gonna bring pac in to the top rank vs goldenboy lawsuits. i think if roach is training oscar, then their is a agreement pac and oscar is koo and no hard feelings.

I disagree. Oscar is taking all the talent from these other promoters after they've already built the guy up and it's not fair. It costs promoters money and a lot of time to get a guy recognized worldwide. Oscar says it's all about the fighters and cleaning up boxing but so far all he's done is steal fighters and prevent big fights from happening. He's a spoiled little bi*** and it's becoming more annoying all the time. Check GBP's stable of young talent and you will see that they don't really want to bother with development. They want someone else to do the dirty work so they can cut their throat.
