.. Or a bit of grouse ;) :)
I've had:
Boddington's
Newcastle
Adelscott (not 100% sure it's English but it's damn good)
John Courage
I asked because I want to try some new beers.
well mukka. it all depends if you mean english beer or beer that you can buy in england? cos generally the best beers to get in england arnt actually english but you still cant really get em in the states.
i'm a lager drinker so will generally just go for a good old pint of carling extra cold for my first choice. but it is by no means the best beer.
if i'm drinking in a weatherspoons i will nearly always go for a bottle of kopperburg. it's swedish (i think) and is a pear cider. very crisp and nice. but beer's of choice whilst in England that arnt english will range from stella artois (wife beater and quite a strong lager), casstlemania xxxx, fosters, (2 ausie beers), kronemburg 1664 (very nice lager), and many more.
but depending on the pub you can get loads of different english ales which are generally drunk by the older generations but you can still get hammered off them a lot of em arnt half bad.
everytime i used to go in one of the pubs back home i always used to drink chedar valley. its an english cider that is about 8%, used to get shit faced off that.
All of yall like those Nelson Mandella's don't you?
I like lagers and ales. 1664 is good, I had that in France.
My fav. beers:
1. Corona
2. Modelo
3. Saporro
4. Michelob Amberbock
5. Hogg Heaven
6. Fosters
7. San Miguel
8. Tres XXX
9. Tecate
10. Heineken
Tecate is a vastly underrated mexican beer
My favorite right now is Piraat Ale 10.5.....10.5% alcohol
Every body knows it's Newkie Brown Ale... and that has nothing to do with me being from Newcastle. ;)
....no one's going to appreciate my attempt at cockney rhyming slang???Quote:

10.5%!? i bet that tastes like feckin syrup. extra strong lagers are disgusting. Or shall i say ive not tasted a decent one yet. They all taste the same as that tramps piss carlsberg Special Brew. I remember drinking that through a straw as a young teenager.Quote:

Student Union bar on wednesday nights is 50p a pint for carlsberg extra cold, so I make an exception then lol. And Newkie Broon, thats alright too, gets you pissed nicely that stuff does.
Ruddles County is another fine ale.
Tennent's extra
my next favorite beer....is vodka.
Stones bitter a sheffield beer but im a Guinness drinker myself ;D
Tyson how do you average 50 messages a day. I am in awe.
Let's go out for a Ruby Murray after all those Nelson Mandella's :)Quote:

I dont mind some of the Portugese beers either: Sagres & Superbock are not that bad, especially whilst in Nando's eating some Peri Peri chicken !
I like waggle-dance too - served cold.
Its a beer brewed with a drop of honey in it - usually bottled, sometimes on draft:

No one likes Smithwick's or John Courage???
all english beer is crap >:mad
Eiyingabrau its a lager from Sam Smyths strong as fuck an goes down a treat, as for ales I like Boddingtons, Cafferys and Theakstons, don't drink them often as I'm lager/Guiness drinker but i don't mind them oh and Timothy Taylors Landlord is nice really light and easy. As for lagers mainly Holsten Pils or Becks don't mind Croner and Sol but they don't get you too pissed, almost forgot if you see Jack Boags, lager its lovely but hard to find it Tasmanian an they had in my local Big In Booze but slodout now. ^-^ ;)

My favorite beers are the boring, domestic, yet wonderfully yummy: Budwieser, Natural Light, Hamms, MGD, And Budlight in a pinch. In order of preference: Bottles, draft, cans, and of the floor.
PROPER Budvar is nice too, thats needs an honourary mention.
What was it Hatton drinks, Red Wine, Guinness and Bailey's? Fucking madman.
thats uncalled 4 all i said was english beer is crapQuote:

I just try to appreciate what other countries and cultures have to offer.
I tried a couple new English beers the other day: Smiles and London Pride....they were pretty decent
Colt 45. > beer ;)
its not legal to call that shit beer here, they gotta call it malt liquor cuz its over a certain percent
i like coors
anyway, fuck beer, i drink raw smirnoff and when i can afford it raw stolichnaya
Fuck yeah 8) Although, most of the time I can't even afford Smirnoff unless I'm paying someone who steals it. Most of the time it's those cheap ass mixers like Gordons or something where they would practically give it to you.Quote:
