how would frank bruno done against larry holmes
well winner of bonecrusher vs bruno would get shot at holmes and bruno gave bonecrusher a boxing lesson until he got stopped in last round and bonecrusher got his shot against holmes but just say bruno would have survived against bonecrusher how would he have done against larry holmes who was slipping at that time

Frank would have probably made an encouraging start but ultimately found himself outclassed and stopped late in the fight.

agreed i think he would shake up holmes quite few times but holmes great chin and stamina would outlast bruno onslaught and bruno gets stopped late

I would go for Holmes by either late stoppage or points win but i would give Frank a puchers chance because he could bang no one could take that away from him franks problem was he would'nt go down and take an 8 count to clear his head he would just let fighters unload on him

Bruno could punch but it never ever bailed him out against a top tier fighter. I see no reason why it would against Holmes.

Apart from his world class power Bruno did relley on his decent jab in most fights but there is no way bruno could out jab Holmes who had the arguabley best jab of all HW.
Holmes would out jab Frank and stop him in about 10 rounds or so.

Bruno would have been stuck on the end of a jab all night and as he tired in the late rounds Holmes would have opened up and stopped him IMO.

holmes trained for 2 weeks ???.....more like 6 weeks but i disagree with holmes making a good account of himself in that fight he didnt land anything and ran for 4 rds and then tyson smeared his old a$$ across the canvas.....tyson would beat the undefeated holmes that fought spinks also but prime 4 prime is a different story.....................i think tyson deserves credit for knocking a man out that has never been koed

How come Holmes had so little time to train wheather it is 2 or 6 weeks?

It is an ok amount of time if you are in good shape when you start your training camp.
After a 2 year layoff I very much dout that Holmes was in tip top condition.
But as I asked why did he only have 6 weeks?
