I can see Pac stopping Barrera again :-\.
Very true........but Pac vs. Barrera may not happen again. Pacquaio decided to run for Congressman. What a shame to the Philippine Congress. A boxer who can hardly read making laws for the country???Whew!!!Quote:

I understand that styles make fights.... But I can't understand how Pac could possibly think Barrera has the edge in this fight, especially based on anything he derived from being in the ring with both of them. I mean read his statements, what does he say as to why he picks Barrera? "He throws the more quality punches aside from having the better ringcraft." Well, I know who hit him with the better punches and arguably beat him, so I just don't think that holds alot of water. Again, to say those comments as a fan of the sport, and based on other recent performances is a reasonable view to have, I don't share it, but you can understand that. I just expected him to give Marquez a little more credit as a fighter who has fought both of these guys.. Anyways, Im sure it will be a great fight, I still think Marquez wins it.
pacman wants mab to win cuz mab= the bigger pay day for himself.
personally id like to see pac rematch jmm since alot of true fans would rather see that rematch due to the contravery draw blah blah.
why 'true' fans want to see that? the ones who would like to see the barrera v pac rematch are not true fans?Quote:

I don't understand why anyone would want to see a Barrera-Pac over a Marquez-Pac rematch.
Barrera wasn't even competitive against Pac, isn't interest in a rematch usually generated from some question or doubt about the original? What could possibly be left to be answered from Barrera-Pac 1? It was complete domination.
Marquez-Pac, on the other hand, still has some unresolved issues. While I believe Pac should have won that fight, albeit narrowly, I thought that after that huge first round Marquez had his way the rest of the fight. What would happen in the rematch? Would it be Pac's power or Marquez's defense and counter-punching?
I for one would much rather see the latter.
marquez defense IMO has deteriorated coz when he fought Jaca, he was hit a lot of times.luckily Jaca doesnt carry some steam in his punches otherwise marquez would hit the deck....anyhow... its a fight to seeQuote:
