I have 3 kids myself and in my opinion the Bastard should have been hung he should'nt be aloud to fight again making big money he should have to get a normal job working alongside normal people and hopefully at somepoint gets what he deserves

He seems like one seriously depraved man, but he has served the sentence given to him and wants to fight. There is no reason to deny him a boxing license.
Personally, I feel his sentence should have been harsher and his release would have seen him being way too old to even consider fighter again at any real level but thats a different story entirely...

Im a massive Tyson fan and he also was convicted of an unforgivable crime to a women even though i don't fully believe he did the crime he was convicted and only Tyson and Washington knows what really happend that night but my point is he cameback and made millions and should any man make millions after such a crime like RAPE or child ABUSE when its us the general public who make them there millions

Where there is money to be made morality usually goes out of the window. His crime was completely unrelated to boxing anyway. If he decided to become a school teacher then that is a different situation entirely.
Where to draw the distinction between which crimes are acceptable for a professional boxer? Rape or child abuse is not okay, but armed robbery and cold blooded murder is? Boxing is a sport where a lot of the competitors have had shady histories. A criminal act should not be connected with the right to get in the ring and fight for a living.
If the sentence has been served then that is the penalty over...even though we may often disagree with the actual extent of the sentence passed....

This could also be said for Naz then who lost his MBE when his crime was nothing to do with boxing but his MBE was for his boxing yet he was stripped of it and the hard time he got off the fans if you get me

Personally awards like the MBE stand for little really. Im sure Naz has got over it. Why would anybody want to be knighted by the queen?! God, all of that makes me cringe!! Getting a boxing license is not like being recognised by the Queen...
If Naz wanted to come back and box he could. Im sure nothing could stand in his way except his little belly maybe! ;D

I doubt that he will have a lot of fans that show up to watch him fight and few promoters will want any part of him, so his comeback would fail anyways imo. I think hes a scumbag and all pedophiles and rapists should be slaughtered imo, but he served his time according to law so he is entitled to fight

To be honest I have never heard of him and don't know what he was convicted of. I did a google search and it said he was basically fooling around with a couple of teenage girls.
That could mean 15 or 16 years old, and I know it ain't right but if thats the case there have been more than a few celebs involved in scandals like that.
Roman Polanski is still on the run from America after seducing some 14 yr old girl in the 70's,

I don't think much of Davey. Never had. Never will. The guy and his 2 brothers (Alex and Matthew) are far from being saints. He's the former brother-in-law of the Gatti brothers (Arturo & Joe) and to this day they despise each other. Davey is a lot of things but I'm not sure child molester is one of them. I actually followed his court trial when it was going on. And the 2 daughters had stories that didn't match up and on several occasions changed what they said. They even admitted that some of the stories were made up. Arturo Gatti made things worse when he publicly said Davey was guilty. Ignoring a gag order. The fact that the 2 girls have written a book and are cashing in on this says a lot. It's hard to believe Davey can be guilty of all those charges yet only be given 7 years and release on his first parole chance. Like Tyson and rapper SPM I think Davey never had a chance of being found innocent. No matter what.
