CC#538 Smash.... 8)
Hoa! this is great what a fight this will turn out to be if it pulls through....
Question though....
How does that work?
If Haye is moving up to Heavy. and fighting at Heavy. against Tomasz Bonin doesn't he loose his ranking at Crusier?
I thought thats the way it was.....
bonin needs to be KTFO out within the first few rounds if Haye wants to make a big mark. i think he is capable of beating JMM but he will have to be ready for a battle.
Can't wait and its War in those opening rounds ;D
Clash of the titans!!
Damn this year keeps getting better and better :coolclick: smashQuote:

Come on Tam, thats a fwocken mismatch, JMM gives up like 70 pounds to Haye....Quote:

Only joking mate! when I first read it since we talk more about JMMarquez then JeanMM my brain auotmatically translated JMM to JMMarquez.... ;D
Jean Marck Mormeck
Juan Manuel Marquez
There names are lamost identical if you translate them... (I've had toooo much coffee)
:-\
hahaha, i was waiting for somebody to point that one out! who you think would win though haye or mormeck ?Quote:

Hayes a freakin' animal man! my gut instinct tells me Haye can stop JeanMM, so I'm gonna go with that late stoppage Haye win via TKO...
Mormeck has a tendency to tire out anyway, pair that with Haye's power.
Haye 6-7 round TKO/KO
i could agree with that but i just think hayes punch rate isnt at the highest level, but i suppose it does counteract with power. thats were Enzo mac beats him as well. i think it will be a good fight JMM-Haye but Haye needs to get punching a lot more if he is to step up? fair enough right ?Quote:

yer he is improving, but i feel because it will be a world title fight he will need to be throwing more bombs at JMM because he can take a dig. If he uses power and combines it with a lot of stamina/speed i think haye surely does have the skills to stop JMM. But JMM is a very dangerous man and thats were hayes guard will have to be at the top, im not 100% impressed with his defence.Quote:

Ha! As I suspected.... :detective:Quote:

So you see if Haye moves up and fights at Heavy. it should and normally would change his ranking with the WBC.....
Don't get me wrong I'm exicited for the fight, I was just curious about that I just learned something new...... :)
Where'd that Zahir Raheem result come from ???Quote:

I will assume you read an article or something that is leading you to believe the WBC is allowing this....Quote:

Did you actually watch his last fight ? Because i was there 10 feet from the ring and i can tell you he has a problem with stamina . He cant sustain anything and with a big man who can match him for strength he's in trouble .Quote:

Can't wait for this one, David Haye finally gets his chance to prove himself, but he will no doubt be facing his toughest test yet in Mormeck, who worryingly reminds me a bit of Carl Thompson. Mormeck isn't the hardest to hit and his head is a bit stationary, that bodes well for Haye. This'll be a case of who fades first, with Haye fighting at Heavyweight next he may well be asking for trouble, fingers crossed his weight stays ok and he doesn't get cut/injured against a decent fighter in Bonin.
Ive watched all his fights i know he had stamina problems early in his career but not now he had that massive cut and coped with that well he is going to take Mormeck outQuote:

big mistake he's looking past Bonin. This kid has improved much after his loss, he does hav e weak defence but relentness offence,
I can't imagine for one second that Adam Booth and Frank Maloney would have made the Bonin fight if it jepordised his Mandatory status to fight Mormeck in any way.
I was ringside for the Fragomenni fight and he seemed to get stronger and finished the Italian very well (even launched himself across the ring to do so) indeed late on and with a bad cut.
His stamina seemed ok from where i was sitting.
Tough one to call though but it will end by KO. ;)
I just hope Haye doesnt go mental in there against Bonin. He does it every single fight, he smacks someone in the mouth and instead of having a half look to see how they've taken it he's after them like a looney all guns blazing. If he pulls that kind of crap against Bonin, or indeed Mormeck he's going to end up on his arse.
Yeah the Bonin fight aint no gimme
Be interesting to see what happens if Haye's punches start bouncing back of Bonins bonce
na was something along the lins of what adam (booth) told me down the gammer v williams fight, i was sitting next to him down there and asked him about david (chatted to him quickyl to) and about him coming down from heavy to fight the winner of bell for JMM - he said sumin along the lines then he is only going up coz the rematch had been sancationd after he won the eliminator bout and is fighting the number 12 ranked wbc heavy atm (untill then i didn;t know wtf rank bonin was tbh)Quote:

But if Haye does get to fight Mormeck he has a great chance imo. Against Bell I would have given Haye no chance as he would have got drowned in the late rounds but Mormeck gasses even worse than Haye and they both probably have about equal power.
I think the venue could be crucial here, but fighting in the UK with his fans behind him I could see Haye maybe pulling out an upsetting and KO'ing Mormeck.
In France though I think Mormeck KO's Haye.
Bell deserves a rematch. He gave Mormeck his. Mormeck should give Bell his.Quote:

Good analysis Greg! Think you could well be spot on too. For the record though.....BWOI whatta fight it could be!Quote:

Seriously Bonin must have fought loads of bums
Audley TKO'd him in 9 rounds so i seriously expect Haye to spark him.
Don't forget that Haye is a Natural Heavy between fights so it's gonna be nice to actually see him at 'Full Power'
Basically,if he can't KO Bonin then he'll go nowhere at Heavy ;)
I just hope he's got some energy left after shagging Kylie ;)
