Jhonny def. has the size and power advantage as for skills Pacheco takes that dept. My instincts tell me Jhonny, but the only thing I'm questioning is the moving up and down in weight. Has that effected him in anyway?

Also his face looked pretty bad against Gonzalez especially his nose..... (Not like Pacheco is a hard puncher) should be a good fight and the best thing is it's gonna be on reg. TV.... 8)

I think Tam Seddon, SweetPea & ICB follow the smaller guys too.... Not sure though...

I think more then anything Jhonnys reach is gonna give Pacheco fits, more then anything the excitement of this fight will come from Jhonny as Pacheco will try to get on the inside and try to work from there....

I can't believe this fight isn't on a huge undercard. This is a bigtime fight. Pacheco is a good fighter, I've seen him a couple times of Telefutura before. I don't quite get how he lost to Vic. I guess I have to see the fight or possibly give Vic some credit. Maybe he had the flu or something? ;D

Gonzalez though is a cut above though, his last fights prove it. Vorapin, Too Sharp (granted he was old), Montiel and a thrilling loss to Vazquez. I look for him to win big this time, he fights better on the outside then most everyone in boxing. I don't think Pacheco can run in on him like Isreal did.

And it's this fight that just makes me realize how much I miss those otherwise obscure spanish language channels. :'(

Friday Nights used to be AWESOME. A couple times I passed up big parties to watch Friday Night Fights, then Telefutura then the west coast replay of Shobox. Now I just have ESPN :-\ Hopefully that changes next month.

I don't know if it's the same with Directv, but for Dish it was in the local channels, below 100.

Gonzalez should destroy the smaller, older inactive Pacheco. Pacheco was a very skilled fighter. But that time has passed. He was credited with a win in his last fight. But that was a disgrace. He lost it. Gonzalez is much to strong for him. I expect it to end early

It's all good. How you been? Yeah. I saw what Gamo put up. I already had it. But I did grab part 3. El Gamo be putting in work. And trust me on this. Pacheco is close to being shot. I expect Gonzalez to knock him out. I'll be shocked if he didn't. Pacheco's last fight was a disgrace. He straight out lost. The 2 judges that gave him the fight have been banned for life from judging. That's how bad it was.

Pacheco's old, inactive, and outsized. But Gonzales sucks and Pacheco was always a skilled fighter. Pacheco was a puncher at 112 but I'm not sure if he even has enough pop @ 118 to keep Gonzales off of him. I'll pick Pacheco for nostalgias sake.

Johnson was a corpse and Vorapin was never anything special. I barely remember the Montiel fight. Gonzales is a half decent boxer and he can punch, but his defense is leaky, his chin is shaky, his stamina is questionable and he's just fragile overall. He'll never be a dominant champ or anything close.

You statements are unfounded. How is his chin shaky including the two knockdowns he got from the Vazquez fight
he has been knocked down 3 times in his whole career. Who will beat him at Bantam?
His stamina I will agree with, definately something he needs to work on, but his defense is good when he's not swinging for the fences.

Yeah! man it was a really good scrap, Pacheco looked OK in the 1st few rounds but after the 4th it was clear Jhonny had found a rythim and was begining to push forward.
