Guzman to fight Katsidis?

Wo,what's the source?? CC bro,that looks like a darkhorse for undercard of the year!!! With Guzmans amazing defence but lack of power at the weight,it'll be interesting to see if he can keep Katsidis off but it is a HUGE leap in competition for Katsidis! Winner should fight my boy Valero!

As for Larios Chi,I think Chi is getting on in age now,may be not as sharp as he used to be and Larios is just a punching machine! I think Larios totally overwhelms Chi late on! 2 tough tough gritty warrior like fighters though,could be really good!

Which belt? Guzman's WBO Super Featherweight or Katsidis WBO Lightweight? I guess its more likely Guzman is moving up to Lightweaight than Katsidis moving down. Very risky fight for Michael but great fight none the less.

Thats what I'm afraid of that Kats will punch himself out trying to KO Guzman and will tire out and get delt himself...
If Kats can fight smart and just keep his usual high volume punch style he should be able to outpoint Guzman as Guzman sits back and IMO absorbes to many punches.... Though I will say Guzman did not look so good in his homecoming fight (his last fight) against a mediocre fighter and also how will the weight effect Guzman....

Maybe not a stoppage but I just can't picture Katsidis winning, although I rate Guzman higher than most people do. Katsidis hits harder but in every other department he's way overmatched IMO.

I mean I've only seen the Earl fight so there are people that know a lot more about Katsidis than me but I have to wonder about them making this fight, they definitely think very highly of him if there going to jump right from Earl to Guzman.

The only way I could see it is if he just outworks Guzman, but still I would think Guzman would be landing the cleaner punches. I would guess that he would just try to pressure Guzman, cause one thing about Guzman that I'm not real high on is his stamina. So maybe he could come on strong in the later rounds, but I would be very surprised if he won.

I think this fight is similar to the Terdsak or whatever hes called one because guzman will stay on the outside and pick of a safe UD me thinks.

I thikn Guzman is a big leap up for Katsidis,but I don't think he will be able to stop him,no way.

I was very impressed with the way that Katsidis destroyed Graham Earl in his last appearance, and as he is the naturally bigger man then I wouldn't throw any money on Guzman to win it, in fact I wouldn't know which way to go, but what I do know is i want to see it, as it could be a barnstormer.

I don't like this for Katsidis. Guzman can handle pressure aswell as anyone. A cool, poised, defensive minded and accurate counter puncher. I guess I have to see Katsidis again versus Earl but I really can't imagine Guzman being overwhelmed by Rocky. The thing is Guzman has almost no power at this weight so Katsidis will probably charge hard until the final bell.

There are better fights out there for Katsidis imo. Hell, I'd love to see him fight my man Barrios. That would be an exciting fight but fighting Guzman, it's just a recipe for a UD loss. However, if he were to beat Guzman somehow, that would be a HUGE win and possibly upset of the year.

If Guzman is moving up,that is a mistake imo. He has little power at 130. And there are plenty of fights at 130,Juarez,Valero,Soto etc.

I'd like to see Guzman against JMM
