Is that the Supreme Court of Judicature in England and Wales ???
The crown court is where the royal family get to hang out over a bit of luncheon tennis. The regular courts are where the pros play in order to make a bit of money for themselves.

Magistrates courts deal with lesser crimes such as non payment of fines and motor offenses and such
a crown court is for more serious crimes and will have a judge and jury present
magistrates dont ave judge and jury ;)

I did do it, I just wasnt guilty of the crime they charged me with. Some twat picked a fight with me, I punched him and broke his jaw. He told all his mates and family that there was ten of em so's not to look a cunt and CCTV showed it was just me, hence no case.Quote:

Chances of getting a Prison sentence in a magistrates is v slim (slap on the wrist court for shoplifters and tv license dodgers)
Crown court is your serious one where they try Murderers etc.
Fannying around in skips etc will go down as criminal damage so you'll be in a magistrates ;D
In 2000 I was charged with Grand Theft, did 2 days untill my hearing Monday morning where the prosecutors didn't even show up and my charges were dropped.
Since no one showed up, was very lucky really.....

I floored a policeman around 8 years ago because he actually hit my missus on the leg with his baton >:mad
She was just trying to get out the way when a really bad pub fight erupted(i had to pull my mates tounge out of his throat as he lay their unconcious with a fractured skull)
The CPS lost the doctors report ::** that stated her bruising was 100% caused by a strike with a blunt instrument.
I got convicted (assualt on a police officer) of that but what do you do in that situation?

I nearly ended up on GBH but got dismissed on the count of the person I nutted being an orrible little kunt that the old Bill hated !!
I was outside a club with my missus ( bout 4 years ago) and 3 lads about 18 came over and started saying "do you wanna fight" intelligent guys ; I warned them to fukk off at least 3 times (in front of witnesses) but they went too far and one reach out to push me so I just unloaded an awesome nut right on his napper ;D Things is he went down like a sack of wet sh1t and cracked his head on the pavement ou cold (petty he survived ;))
The old Bill watched the whole thing and even htough they could see what had happended man handled me in to the riot fan and carted me off to the cells. Left me in there for 11 hours without even offering me a drink :(
Anyway, cut a long story short, I paid £80 and admitted to public disorder or sumfin like that and the case was closed!!
As for the guy I nutted, he has gone on to slash sumbody from ear to ear amonsgt other acts of humanity

Countless close calls, could well have been arrested 5 or 6 times by now, once got my arm grabbed by a cop in 8th grade with a cup of Jack in my hand. Broke free and fucken high tailed through the house out the front door, saw my friend hop in the back of an El Camino and saw everyone else getting in their cars and knew I was fucked if I stopped to find a car. So I ran around the block, jumped the fence and went to a friends window at midnight then had to walk across town (bigass town to, took almost an hour) and sneak back in the house. Probably my scariest encounter with a cop. Somehow though, I never saw that cop's face. I remember he had real hairy arms though.
When I went back to school on Monday, I saw my school cop and he is usually real friendly to me since I was good friends with his niece but he gave me the snake eye. Scary as shit. Maybe I'm young but I couldn't imagine flooring a cop. I've acted myself around them and messed with them a little bit, but musta taken some balls to straight drop one.

The entire court parking lot was full so we parked on the street. Anyways, the front door is open. My friend and his brother went around the back gate, I went in the house to see everybody I knew. Talked to a few people, didn't know anyone all that much so I kinda lingered around looking for alcohol ;D Saw none then I went out the back sliding door, saw my friend again and he reached in his jacket showed me a bottle of jack that his brother gave him. So I went back inside and grabbed the biggest cup I could find, and went back out. Filled it up, and went back inside.
About half a cup down I went back outside, I was pretty well buzzed and then went to the backyard again. For some reason thank God though I went through the master bedroom to the backyard instead of the living room to the backyard. Had I gone through the living room, the cops would have seen me straight off since I guess they came in the door then went from the garage to the sideyard where most everyone was. So I'm in the backyard at this little table with a big blue cup of JD in my hand and I glance through the living room out the front door and see a fooken cop car. RIGHT after I feel a grab on my right forearm and see a badge, black coat and arms. I wiggle out real quick and BOLT through the house out the front door. Once I got to the front of the house, I see a cop heading straight into the court and I start looking for my friend and he is chasing a green El Camino that I hadn't even seen before and right before it hits the gas, his brother leans out the window and yells "get in." It turns right. I'm thinking shit but I'm full speed and I immediately cut to the left, ran through this row of bushes into the neighbors garden across the porch and SPRINT as fast as I can to the corner. Hit the corner walk to the end (I knew no cops would be there since that would be taking the long way to the house.
Then I realized that I had the cup still in hand but all of it was spilled on me. So I paniced, and sprinted again and jumped over this big ass 9 foot fence. It was seamless. Perfect jump, grabbed the top first try and pulled myself over all in stride. Interestingly, I felt like this distance I ran was nothing. I mean I was flying but when I went back later, I ran a LONG ways. It was half a mile easy maybe more and I felt like I had done it in a minute flat. Again I was a little messed up but I swear that was among the fastest I've ever ran in my life and my heart was beating fast especially when I got to my friend's but I had no idea I'd gone so far until much later. And most of it done with a cup in hand ;D
Then I recognized the neighborhood, it was the one with those duplex houses on the corner of Thornton and Blacow. Walked to a front window and prayed he was there and he was. IDK why I didn't call him. I just got some Axe spray and some mouthwash to get the smell away.
Then I walked the WRONG WAY down Central. Almost all the way to the stop lights at Fremont before I had to walk all the way back and sneak in. I knew my mom would be out but my little brother was awake. I told him I went to talk to the girl across the street. Went to my room and watched the replay to Lacy-Wiggins; Hatton - Tackie(I think I'm pretty sure it was though.) It was the weekend before Christmas break I remember.
Definitely a night I'll never forget. Was a fairly boring night up to that point to and then all that probably happened in a period of 2 hours too.
