"Jorge Farce should have been arrested for indecent exposure after the performance he put on Saturday night." spat out a disgusted and disappointed VIC DARCHINYAN, after watching Jorge Arce lose a lopsided unanimous decision to WBC super flyweight champion Cristian Mijares. "I knew he was a fraud from day one which is why I wanted to be the one to beat him. To expose him to the world as a farce of a fighter. But he was so busy looking over his shoulder running away from me, he didn't see the brick wall ahead of him and he ran smack into it in Cristian Mijares."

Darchinyan (28-0, 22 KOs), from Australia, by way of Armenia, has reigned as IBF/IBO flyweight champion since 2004. He was hoping to land a monster fight against Arce inasmuch as both HBO and Showtime had offered the fighters career-high purses.

"Bob Arum was so busy reading his own clippings he actually began to believe the pulp fiction he was selling on Farce," said Gary Shaw, Darchinyan's promoter. "Bob claims Vic can't put asses in one hundred seats. That may be true, but I guarantee you that Vic can win more rounds against any opponent Farce has ever lost to. And by the way, Vic has lost to no one."

"Farce is a bigger sucker than the lollipops he sucks on," continued Darchinyan. "In fact, I'd like to get those lollipops tested for substances that have clouded his judgement. I'm sorry but apart from a 33 year old Pacecho who had fought 3 times in 3 years,and a fight which Vic was easily losing,until he got a lucky break,he's fought NO ONE which is why he has his 0 intact.

He has the WORST style I have EVER seen,horrible wild swinging,NO defence and elbows stickng out at the side.Like a chicken plucking away. And his power is over rated,he has cumulative power not 1 punch power. Arce lost to a slick boxer but I still favour El Travieso over this guy.

Yes Mijares beat Arce, but Vic ain't no Mijares.

I guess he feels that since Mijares beat him Vic could beat him. Hes wrong Vic and Moijares are 2 Worlds apart Mijares is a slick boxer who moves around well Vic is wide/looping puncher who punches 1 at a time.

What a fool to say that Arces a fraud, well and unknown boxer to the none Hardcore fans NEEDS to make as much noise as he can to get a fan base going so I suppose hes gonna talk as much shit! as he can but that won't earn him the respect that Arce ALREADY has and thats what Vics looking for.

Yep,Arce could stay on the outside so he can see the punches coming,or go allll the way inside the looooooooong shots and counter and bang away. Back Vic up,he's useless going backwards. Vic DOES have power but as Sal said,he literally cocks his hands back and aims where he will punch.

I think Arce needs to take some time off though,he didnt just get outboxed by Mijares but he looked jaded from the beginning. He looked tired,his punches were arm punches,no snap. Something was not right. I mean stylistcally it was a bad match up but Arce should have done a bit better when Mijares stood his ground.

Not sticking up for vic, but doesnt this prove Arce is way more show than substance. Lots of fans rated him p4p top 10, when he is nowhere near. Also i dont think he would beat vic as badly as some make it seem.

i hate to say it but i always thought of arce as just a good entertainer. I think arce is more of a gatti then anything else. Mijares expose him, people was all excited about arce but i knew he'd run into a true boxer who would whoop him bad.

it'll be fun to watch vic vs arce i think both aren't very good but i'll lean a little towards vic.

mijares would whoop both of them though, i love the guy he really remind me of the great "el terrible" but his a southpaw.

God everyone here is saying "mijares was a slick boxer, arce would smash vic coz he comes right at them"...um ok...now people we all remember what a great fight hussein hussein vs arce 1 was...ok now if we remember correctly ARCE WAS HURT BY HUSSY! Hussein discuised his punches well, had good timing and countered Arce. That's why he hurt Arce. Arce still beat his ass though. I want to see this fight happen so I NEVER have to hear from this chicken winged Aussie ever again.

And a 33 year old inactive,fighting once a year for 3 years Pacheco was givin Vic fits with a basic jab until Vuc got a LUCKY break. Vic was missing like a fool,and was gassed by the 6th round.

Mijares would take him to school and Vic knows it! Mijares wouldn't knock him out but it would be almost a shut out decision. Vic would have to land a huge one to win against Mijares.

Vic called out Parra heaps, he was always calling out the other belt holders as he wanted to unify. In a Aussie publication called World of boxing every interview with Vic he was calling Parra, Wonjongkam & Narvaez out.

I think you should watch the Pacheco/ Darchinyan fight again. Vic got no lucky break he controlled the early rounds, Pacheco came back in the middle with a good body attack. After the interruption due to fireworks Pacheco fell apart kept hitting low, then got smashed in the 10th & again in the 11th. Where is the lucky break? Vic was in control almost the entire fight!!!

Vic is a very akward but very good. He does not wastre alot of energy and keeps power through the whole fight. I think he could catch Mijares late and stop him.
