Re: Favourite up and comers
What about Andre Berto?
I'd put him at the top of my list of up n' comers I'm excited about.

Re: Favourite up and comers
I was excited about BCD & Kessler a while back when they were up and comers and not even Champs. now both are full on Champs. and both have really grown.
New fighters I'm excited about:
Michael Katsidis
Amin Asikainen (the re-match is set with S. Sylvester it should be great)
Giovanni Segura
Raul Martinez
Abner Mares
JCC Jr.
Nestor Rocha
Juan Manuel Lopez
Denis Inkin
Alex Arthur
Dat Nguyen

Oh! for sure!
I was just stating that I don't view BCD & Kess as up and comers anymore.
My bad if it came accross in a bad way. :)

Psycho B*t*h.
I'm just waiting for someone from Vivid to see her swooshtime vid
Re: Favourite up and comers
On a serious note I like Curtis "Showtime" Stevens.
I'm not sure if Duddy still counts as an up and coming fighter but I like him as well.

Re: Favourite up and comers
Berto looks good..
Gutirrez at 147,the guy who fought Clottey was dam tough.
Valero although he's a world champ,I still want him to fight a Juarez.
I watch Joel Julio with interest everytime. He has some nice skills.
Re: Favourite up and comers
My opinion on Clottey is... if you don't like him you've been watching too much MMA.

Yeah CC to you. I just look at PBF when he beat Corrales to how much more well known he is now, and thats the same degree I think these guys can grow the that marquee win especially if Kessler can really beat Calzaghe convincingly.
Re: Favourite up and comers
Berto, he has so much potential. I am really looking forward to seeing him against stiffer competition to see how he handles it.
Dat Ngyun, looks to be a good young fighter coming along
Joel Julio, still has time to improve and do some damage in his division.
Duddy is well on his way
Re: Favourite up and comers
Andre Ward is the safest bet for any of the young crop to make it big imo. Not one prosect I've seen has improved quite as much as much as him. Hopefuly that thumb is completely healed. He says it is but he still favors it early on in his fights.
Peter Quillin could possibly have some of the fastest hands in boxing. Honestly he is lightning fast. Kid Chocolate is a tough name to live up to but he is accurate, has good balance and nice power. Looks good.
I like Berto but he needs to slow down because if he keeps moving this fast, I don't see to many good things happen.
Joe Greene is a guy I've seen and heard a lot about but don't remember him much.
Aaron Williams is probably the biggest sleeper out there. Cruiserweight as of right now but only 20 years old. He'll grow into a heavyweight though. Had an excellent amateur career out of Cleveland. Now he's a pro. Really fast. Works well with both hands. Punches in high volume. Has good defense. Decent pop. Throws real straight and doesn't throw the same combo twice. Works good from the outside and and inside out. REALLY someone to look out for. Only 20 years old and a cruiserweight. Absolute manchild and I really really believe he has the potential to be something special.

I still think JT still could be an up and commer even at this stage in his career which is scary.
Joel Julio
Rock Allen
Amir Khan
And though he's 30 Bermane Stiverne who is 11-0 heavyweight with 11ko's most in the first round
Valero
Pascal
