The Guy can crack and we all forgot that, Hell I even was thinking he had no chance, I bet Peter will not even have a deep training camp like Oleg.! But Oleg can crack, So why is everyone including myself x-ing him out already..............Screw it I think Oleg will make an upset!

Oleg is no walk over. sure he looks methodical on film, however Maskaev has heavy hands and a good overall work rate,
I would favor Peter in this match .. much the same type fighter as Oleg only he is younger . Sam has improved over the last few years , sets his shots up good and a bit more patient.. should be a good match for the fan. O0
Im with you on the fact Oleg is no walkover but he still loses to Sam Peter
I cannot see Oleg beating Peter. Oleg may be able to crack but Peter too has one heck of a chin and Peter has shown obvious improments in his skills....

Maskaev has never really impressed me . Take away teh two Rahman wins and his career hasnt been that impressive at all . He's the type of fighter that should be borderline top 10 but never break into the elite . Certainly not good enough to be a reigning WBC champ but thats the era we are in . I remember Mcall knocking out Maskaev in the 1st round and Mount Whitacker getting rid of him in two. Oleg has improved abit with age but is still nothing special IMO.
Peter in coparrisson has made big improvements even since the Wvlad fight and he almost won that. The boxing skills he displayed against Toney last time will be enough to deal with Oleg . Peter by K.O 6

peter is improving big time. he beats oleg by ko. just too strong
peter took big vladdys shots and didnt fall down, also rahman has hurt maskaev, there is no chance for maskaev
Oleg will have to out box peters for the win.If oleg cracks peters with some big shots a few times peters will revert back to his wild swings and that could hurt peters more than help him, any way I can't wait to see how it plays out.peace out ;)
Oleg had Rahmans number but got knocked out by every other top fighter hes faced. He finally got the belt but his moment is soon to be over. It wont go past 6 imo
Against Wlad Sam never even wobbled has only lost on points to Wlad as for Oleg all his defeats Ko's against Sam this tells me he won't be in this fight for long

peter does have stamina issues but i haven't exactly seen a maskaev fight in recent history that required more energy to fight than it did to watch.
Oleg had Rahman's number, but Oleg is sh!t. B-Hop could come in weighing 175 and spank that azz. Peter's no ATG either, but he will put a whipping on Oleg, and Oleg's people know it. They know his reign will be a short one. They just wanted to get him in with Vitali because it would likely be for more money, and he can hand the belt off to his former comrade. Either way, he gets KTFO.
