Not to be rude Sal but Mayweather would never go up to 160 and its way above his natural weight thats very unfair.Quote:

Yep thats what your forgetting Sal it won't ever happen Hopkins is only interested in SuperMiddleweight fight with Calzaghe Lightheavyweight fights or Cruiserweight fights he won't go to Middleweight ever again.Quote:

Just say it did happen in a dream world i think Mayweather would show De La Hoya how to beat Hopkins as long as he did'nt get caught Taylor beat him twice the Tarver fight did'nt show me much just that Tarver was weight drained from dropping alot of weight to quick
taylor didnt do anything but throw more punches, which is something that mayweather would not do, mayweather would be lost next to the patience of B-HOPQuote:

well seeing that b-hop closing the deal on gay assss Hakkar i wouldnt put it past him not being able to catch pbf for 12 rounds lol
why dont u go for the grand prize and ask..........
how pbf would do against wlad klitschko lol

I believe Floyd has the tool to beat Bernard. He'd do it in a similar way to the Baldomir fight, but I think his speed would give Bhop a lot of problems. De La Hoya did pretty well against Hopkins early, his speed did give Hopkins a bit of trouble.
true but a guy of b-hops experience and talent should of ktfo hakkar in one round easily. especially when hes taking knees!Quote:

I mean, is this really the best Floyd-haters can do?
You're dreaming, more than that, you're reaching. Sal, you're glib. So far everyone who's sat at table with PBF have stood up empty. Rather than acknowledge Pretty Boy's victory people want to throw in another unknown quantity- 160lbs. Did we do that with Lennox, ask how he'd do at Cruiser?
What makes you think Hopkins is interested in coming down to 160 again? He certainly is past his prime- why would you assume he would even be able to dominate PBF? By the time such a highly suspect, theoretical fight could allegedly take place Hopkins could be rusted out. What then, would the next topic be "HOW BAD WOULD WLADIMIR KLITSCHKO DOMINATE MAYWEATHER"? At some point you have to stop the ridiculous questions and just give a man his due.
Leave Wlad Klitschko for Ricky Hatton he's closer in weight ;DQuote:

This would not be a good fight for FLoyd. Hopkins is too big. FLoyd has already moved up a little too high where all his advantages are nullified. But it would be interesting wouldn't it?

if PBF come into the fight at 155 and shows the speed he use against DLH he could beat hopkins. Hopkins isn't gonna try and jump on PBF like DLH did. it's not his style. he's gonna try and outbox PBF. it would be a close fight. this is the fight that only a Purist would enjoy.
i can see them now standing in the middle of the ring smiling at each other.
i will agree with others that PBF is already fight at to high a weight. i don't like him fighting at 154. the fact PBF came into the fight at 148 shows that he know 154 isn't the best weight class for him. i liked him at 135 and 140.
This is an utterly pointless thread. Mayweather is at his limit at 154 and Hopkins is 42 and completely beyond ever returning to middleweight.
Way to go, Sal! :-\
this fight will never happen. and mayweather will never get dominated by anyone. if he loses its close i reckon.
first 6 rounds of the judah fight...Quote:

getting dominated is lacy by JC mate. judah was just beating mayweather. not domination.Quote:

I agree, there are no pointless threads accept maybe one which is asking who would win a boxing match, Al Bernstein or Jim Lampley. Although a few years back my friend and I would ask each other stupid things like something random like who would win a fight Wesley Snipes or Lou Gossett. Something like that.Quote:
