i just want your guys view on who has the quickest hands. personly i think roy at 154 was the fastest boxer EVER.
but my brother says mayweather at Super featherweight was faster.
the reason y i ask this is for the pound for pound. i feel the smaller man 90 times out of a 100 is faster.
so when u do get a bigger man that is faster then the smaller man. if you compare them pound for pound the bigger fighter should be even more faster.

When Roy threw fast shots there was something on them, not to mention he is much, much bigger than Floyd... with out a doubt P4P Roy is faster and obviously a lot more powerful.
Roy's speed also made him much more exciting to watch. The way he goaded Toney into the showboat and then quickly knocked him down was utter genius
floyd was faster because he was was against small guys..roy was very fast, but his speed was ascentuated by fighting at the weights he fought..those guys aren't normally known for speed..
Frankly i think roy was faster.. Floyd hasnt actually lost all that much speed from superfeather..
One thing that sets roy apart from floyd is he threw combinations.. Crazy fast cominations
He also pot shotted but floyd makes more of a habit of it.. Roy i think p4p or even middlweight roy vs floyd in general is probably faster..And alot more powerful

i'm split both are really fast but roy always had that little extra zip of power in hsi punches. but floyd is extremely quick aswell and seeing as were not talking about power but speed i call it a draw. O0

roy jones hands down, floyd is quick to punch one at a time but roy can do that and combo. floyd hardly does combinations and for sure he can't do them like roy jones do.

Jones is better athlete imo and is faster than Mayweather in all areas.
Agree Roy Jones faster than Floyd and from more angles. Floyd however more precise in his placements and uses a lot less energy - min output max results.
I think Meldrick Taylor fastest ever, especially thowing combinations.

i don't think anyone is really taking in to consideration the fact that roy's speed was heighten because he was fighting bigger men in divisions where speed wasn't that common...floyd was faster than the smaller quicker fighters when he was at 130...if they both threw a punch at the same time floyd would probably get there first...not to mention floyd's right hand is still fast even without a range finding jab...roy used a lot of slow-to-quick combos where the second punch is faster and harder than the first one...so he looks much more faster than it really was..but no doubt roy was fast probably the faster ever above 147..but floyd at 130 was faster...
