People who ? me and Team Pavlik, need to realize that every topic ive posted has been about Pavlik. WHY? Because he lives 3 houses away from me and yes ive known him for a long time. Ive seen the hard work he has put into this, and I am very proud of him. Why does everybody jump on me when I talk a little smack, but it was soooooo cool when Miranda talked shit for months and everyone loved it.

Edison Miranda talking smack to hype up himself and his fights is one thing. There is actually a reason for it. However, there is no reason to talk smack about random posters since:
A) nobody in these forums is likely to get in the ring to fight
and
B) the fact that some of us post everyday makes this experience seem more personal as opposed to fighters who meet for sometimes once in their whole career.
The threadstarter is neither Edison Miranda (his scapegoat for talking trash to begin with) nor Kelly Pavlik (whom nobody has disrespected thus far). Boxers get paid to make fights. Promoters get paid to make fights. Let's play our position as spectators and simply enjoy those fights since we don't get paid to box or promote..

Hey i'm a miranda fan, but I'm also a palvik fan. If you check out the topic "prediction for tonight" that i started earlier, you'll see who i picked to win. Oh and i think it was a great fight but pavlik is the superior fighter no doubt. I hope both fighters do well in the future though.Quote:
