he has too. his career is fucked if he don't
He's almost 30 years old. I think by this point, the "real" Judah is the guy we've been watching for years. Incredibly talented, yet also incredibly flawed.
Despite all his flaws, is his talent enough to carry him past Cotto? That's what we'll find out.
If he don't, it will be a short night. I'd say he will though.
I hope not, because if he does it's not going to be much fun for Cotto (who I'm cheering for).
You just saved me a long post. CC 210. Your still going to the fight right?Quote:

WAR COTTO!
No offence Ice but thats silly, there is only 1 Judah, the one we have seen all this time. I hate when Judah fans speak BS like oh if Zab from this fight turned up to this fight,he would do so and so. Who is the real Judah then?
Sweetpea going to the fight! You are the man!
What style do you guys think Judah will adopt for this fight?
Will he be a counterpuncher or do you think he should go forward a bit?
Personally i think Judah has a good chance of winning this fight if he can box aggresively while still protecting that jaw of his.
However on the other side of the coin he could walk right into a cotto hook and get iced....What do you all think?
Zab Judah needs to be focussed like he was against PBF. Judah on that kind of form can beat Cotto.
Its a real pick 'em for me...but I think Zab does have the tools to make Cotto look silly. If he can maintain it for a full 12 rounds is another issue though...
Either way it is a fight that will not dissapoint whoever the victor is...It has fight of the year written all over it...
Thanks Gamo lol but everyone knew what i mean lets not get technical 8)Quote:

Judah will be at his best, but so will Cotto. There is no way Judah can take Cotto's punches for 12 rounds. Impossible, Unless......he decides to run and give the same display Mayweather did. Cotto is hungrier for this victory. Judah is just in this for the money. This fight is set up for Cotto. Judah can't hurt him. Easy victory for Cotto. Just watch!!! I see it now....Jim Lampley and Larry Merchant saying :boxing2:
Can Cotto take Judah's power,Cotto has been hurt before but has a good heart and found a away to win but zab always has a punchers chance.Quote:

I just think Judah doesn't have it in him to last 12 rounds in the ring w/ Cotto. Cotto is going to be pressuring him all night. Judah is going to have to box. Judah needs to rattle Cotto early so he can control the fight, but it's not going to happen. It's going to be Cotto's fight. Judah needs to take advantage of his power in the early rounds. That is his only chance.
Cotto has a heart and i don't think he's gonna let down all his Puerto Rican Fans at the Garden. I just don't see it.

Exactly Gamo. Spinks just wasn't able to exploit his flaws or hurt him. Judah is Judah, there is no good Judah or bad Judah. It's just Judah, no "ifs", he's 30 like SP said and has come in as "focused Judah" once. Don't you think that just means that he was the same Judah and just performed a little better?
I think people are misunderstanding what im saying all im saying is will focued Judah come in 100 percent im not saying he is so much better when he is focued im just saying he is bit better in some fights when he is 100 percent and he can be handful for anyone.
But that's the thing, when has he come in not 100%? I mean sure everyone has nights when they're off, but had Judah ended the Baldomir fight in the 5th round, would we ever know the difference between that Judah and the one that beat Spinks? No. Probably not. He carries the same flaws in the ring with him at all times, some people can take advantage of them, other's can't.Quote:

Spinks couldn't the second time, doesn't mean it was a different Judah in the ring.
CC in 24 Amat, well said. Exactly what I'm trying to say. And for the record,Cotto is going to crush imo. Miguel is a new type of beast at 147 unless you are super tough physically and mentally(so thats Shane,Tony and PW),he's going to beat your ass.Quote:

If he is focused then Cotto is in for his toughest test yet. Judah is a Psychiatrists dream!!
