Zab's stupidity caused him to get beat up

Zab judah just like Chop-Chop..rather twice had Cotto out of there and in the first round at that...Zab could have finished cotto early but didn't have the killer instinct to do it...although the first he was hit low, but he took too much time..Cotto was still dazed but Zab let him recover..then he had him out again and did nothing to follow up on it..just allowed cotto to recover..Then Zab proceeded to get beat up for the next seven rounds..too bad he blew it...

Congrats Cotto..now on to Margarito or Williams...because he's not ready for Shane or PBF...

Zab clearly had the tools to hurt Cotto and he did so. The low blows were clearly a distraction though and couldnt have helped. Zab was too inactive in general and seemed to be trying to minimise the impact of Cottos punches rather than land power shots of his own. If Zab had tried to impose himself more he may have left himself open, but I am sure he would rattled Cotto some more...

Cotto should fight the winner of Margarito: Williams next....

what i hate is when a fighter doesn't capitalize on a fighter that's out of his feet...and just like usually cotto showed the fortitude of a throwback fighter and beat up zab...

Ahh shut up man.. You wouldn't give Cotto credit no matter how the fight went down. I was pulling for Judah all the way and made several bets on him with friends... But he got beat down tonight, and he never had Cotto nearly as hurt as your making it seem... Cotto showed total grit and incredible toughness, Judah buzzed him on two instances. So what. He never went down or got badly rocked, and if he had, there's no reason whatsoever to think Miguel wouldn't have recovered and continued to dish out a beating on Zab. To compare it to Chop chop and how hurt Cotto was in there is ludicrous and just proves your an ignorant hater.

every fight has a bunch of wouldas and couldas from the losing side. but the facts are Cotto executed his gameplan and took everything Zab threw at him. could have Zab done better? yes. could have Cotto done better and got him out quicker? yes. making excuses won't change the outcome, give Cotto the credit he deserves.

i love the word hater...esp when people casually throw it around where it doesn't apply...i actually predicted this..and also predicted cotto to win in all of his previous fights aswell...just because i felt like ZAb hurt him badly especially in the first round makes me a hater? maybe you should watch the fight again...again i love the word "hater" esp when idiots use it just because they felt like, and not because it was necessary...

and i don't remember not giving cotto credit..i said zab blew it by letting him off the hook, but the low blow did help cotto..because it came as he was hurt...

We must've been watching different fights, 'cause I did NOT see that Judah had Cotto "out of there" in the first round. Yes he hit him with a good punch.... but no, he wasn't "out of there". You must still be thinking about the Corley fight. THERE he was wobbled badly.

yeah i just watched the first round again...and it wasn't as badly but he was definitely there to be stopped had judah took it to him..but he didn't really have a chance to because he flopped to ground from the low blow...

if you honestly believe cotto was "HURT" then you just have a clear bias vision...


cotto was staggered...but at no point in the fight did i see him hurt....he was hurt in the corley fight...he was hurt in the torres fight...he was never "hurt" in this fight....stunned? yes...hurt? no

Come on Sal don't be like that your boy showed heart and balls and good chin you should be proud i think he surprised everyone on how much he was able to take Cotto was never out of it he got hurt few times but Judah has always hurt mostly everyone he has come up against he is a fast hard puncher Judah lost the fight because of Cottos Aggressive style he kept coming and coming not letting Judah rest once he got warmed up that was it for Judah.

i was picking zab before the fight. zab tried to slow down the fight, he never really exploded, zab was to scared to get hit defending all night next to no orfense. i got the feeling zab didn't want to take any chances. zab never really kept cotto honest. if zab would have thrown a few flurries every round about one minute apart. (instead of holding all night) he may have made it a close fight. or lasted to the final bell. after the 4rd round cotto had no respect for zab. an d zab didn't want to fight, but he wanted to hang in there. zab wasn't trying to win after about the 5th . and not so sure he was trying to win from the opening bell. zab was all defense, he never gave himself a chance to win. it would have been a better if zab went all out for the first 5 rounds, and took his chances, instead he took a beating like a man

Zab is a good fighter but not great. He is sort of like Sharmba Mitchell.. Maybe a little better.
