What is your first option of fights you want to see? Poll CC for voters ;D

I'm just interest of what People want to see. I know there are a lot of great fights but this are the ones I think it could be good PPV events except the PBF vs Oscar II but I know some of you are interested in that one.

I must be tired I missed that one :P. I think it would be a really good matchup, their styles would make a perfect fight.

I voted Mayweather - Cotto
Mayweather - Mosley
and Taylor Pavlik

Mayweather - Cotto because I want to see how PBF deals with someone who applies constant, effective pressure, and Cotto's probably the best in the game at that. I think Mayweather would probably UD Cotto comfortably and I wouldn't be overly surprised to see PBF TKO Cotto.
Mayweather - Mosley because I want to see Floyd keep on fighting, and Mosley (or Cotto) is probably the biggest threat to Floyd right now. Again, I think Floyd would UD SSM without too much difficulty, but Mosley has power and speed and that is what would make this interesting.
Taylor - Pavlik because I want to see Taylor fight the best in his division as opposed to blown up welters and jr middles. Ever since he got a gift against Winky (and maybe even Spinks, who knows I was hypnotized by boredom watching that fight and I have no idea who actually won) I've been waiting for someone to beat JT, I don't think Pavlik will beat him, but with Pavlik's style it'll be a fun one to watch.
I want to see all of those fights however.

Calzaghe vs Kessler.

i'll probably will be the only one that will say this, but i wanna see Cotto vs Judah 2. WITH NO LOW BLOWS!!

does the kessler-calzaghe be an HBO PPV event? I mean I'm a boxing fan but aside boxing fan and people from england who knows who Joe Calzaghe is? I know who he is and I like him I even Like how he kicked Lacy and Manfredo's Asses, but IMO thet fight is going to be great in our eyes Fans btu the casual fan won't pay for someone they doesn't know.

Alot of people say that Hatton is not strong enough for Cotto, but it would be a great fight. Yeah Cotto is strong and would have the advantage, but if Hatton got the right trainer and conditioner he could maybe get up to 147 and be strong.

This list include casual fans votes. now that I'm thinking do you aswell thing Pavlic - Taylor would make PPV?  don't get me wrong I will love to watch that incliding the joe and Kessler fight  but i'm talking big draw fights Media, PPV numbers the whole package.

OK, my votes were for Mayweather v Hatton, if PBF does come out of retirement. Then I went for Marquez v Pacquiao II and Taylor v Pavlik. Basically, I'd like to see Hatton pit his skills against someone who cannot be criticised for being in too many fights, or being too old, or not having the motivation. And he'd probably get beat, but at least he'd go down swinging.

As for the other two, I jsut reckon they'd make for good fights, and seeing Jermain Taylor being pushed out of the comfort zone he's been in recently would be nice.

But the one I really really really really really really really really really really really really want, is Calzaghe v Kessler.

I picked Cotto Vs Margarito/Williams winner......Truth is I dont see any of the Mayweather fights actally being signed and happening so....

:coolclick: Puya you cool click whore. ;D Nice poll by the way, I had to go with Cotto/Mosely on this one.

They both have defenses that scream "I'm Open!" Except they are both fun to watch offensively. I like watching Mosely's fights more than I do Mayweather despite that are rate Mayweather as a better boxer.

On another card I'd go for a Marquez/Pacquiao bout. Marquez has really impressed me in his fight against Barrera as he was countering Barrera's counters to the point that Barrera that was stuck in a rut. Paquiao's a work in progress and he's getting better alot the way, he's starting to become decent at feinting, and mixing up his attack. This means Pacquiao's now able to land more than what was the case before. I'd love to see this fight when Arum and Delahoya are through with their ass kicking contest.

I'm suprised not more have picked Cotto - Mosley. This is the biggest WW fight right now IMO. Lets see how Margo - Williams goes.

Until??? Tito ain't fought since he was comprehensively dismantled by Winky Wright over two years ago...and comebacks don't work half as well if the body doesn't have any more. As for ODLH, he looked alright against Mayweather, but himself is by no means at the peak of his power. If this fight was to pop up in the winter, you'd have to suggest it be a 'past it' fighter against a fading fighter.

What I ment to say is that this fight happend over 7 years ago (WOW just writing it and I din't realize it was that long ago) and it is a shame that the rematch never happend. It is a loss to all boxing fans that these two fighters didn't meet in the ring again to deliver the promised classic fight that they should've had but never provided. I can just see 1 or 2 years from now Golden Boy Promotions trying to make this happend to make another 20 mill for a meaningless fight after they are both WAY passed their prime. Tell me something... who even remembers Leonard - Hearns 2? It will be the same thing with these two if they meet again. And it is a shame.
