I don't get how that would be even possible. From what I understand, both were pretty much dirt poor and with no means to get to the other side of the world. Very interested in this, sounds like the making of a good trivia question.

Right then so here goes...
I was doing some searching for a article on Erik Morales I read a couple of years ago so I had no luck finding it...
Then I started looking for a good picture of Erik & Pac standing together so I could use it as a cover...
Well upon clicking links and searching and searching I have found out that Erik and Pac were in fact childhood friends and roamed the streets together.
Now I know it's hard to believe but I didn't do this and say all this without being able to present evidence. :)
So here goes...

what do you mean by childhood friends? Pacquaio probably had no communication with the outside world when he was a kid growing up poor in the phillipines. Distance and different languages leads me to believe this isn't true.
