Nah CutMeMick he noticed a window of the home he rents out was broken so he 'allegedy' broke the windscreen of his tenant's SUV for breaking his own window and for not paying his rent.
Personally I'm 100% behind Manfredo on this one. I rent my property and wouldn't dream of even being late making a payment let alone not paying. He owed $1800 so I'm guessing hadn't paid for a while. If he's got no respect for Peter's property either and breaks windows then I'd be pissed too.
Plus if I broke a window here I'd fix it myself at my own expense and phone my landlord immediately to let her know.
And I can't afford to own a SUV either.
Sorry but his tenant sounds like a scumbag and I hope Manfredo chucks him and his pikey a** son out on the street.

I am a rental property owner, and yes manfredo has everyright to get angry and want his rent money, however, doing what he did (if he did it) wasnt right, and should be handled as such. You see, when a tenant breaks something in the rented property you just tack it on the tab. But now that manfredo busted his window (if he did it) that tenant wont pay shat for anything.

When I saw this, I expected a joke (something like:

Re: Peter Manfredo Arrested
Haha, what a nut. There are ways to go about getting that money...but now with fair housing he will probably end up paying.

Yes I know what the law is but I expect Peter probably feels better for smashing that twat's SUV than he would about getting any money back, not as if he's short of cash after all. Besides what's the point of putting on his tenants 'tab' if he aint paying his rent anyway. Peter has probably just come to the end of his patience with this joker.
It sounds like its Peter's word against the tenant and his son though and if I was responsible for making that call I'd definitely rule in favour of Peter and say that this non paying tenant is just trying to get out of paying his rent, rather than Peter being violent.
After all, if you are so broke you can't pay your rent you DON'T own an expensive SUV ::**
Plus I've lived in rented accommadation for the past 15 years and have NEVER broken a window or damaged any property I have lived in.
If I did accidently damage anything I'd report it right away as I'm sure most responsible tenants would.
I personally think his tenant sounds like an A-hole scumbag and will hopfully not get a penny from this but will instead get thrown out on his ear.

Once you rent out a property even with a lease. The landloard only has access to it and rights to it in co-operation with the tenant approval and is only allowed to enter during emergencies or prior written notice...
Without that being a law people would be getting evicted and thrown out of their homes with no notice any time they complained about something

Re: Peter Manfredo Arrested
i agree that i hope the tenant gets whats coming to him (if he did wrong), but you have said acouple of times expensive SUV? where does it say that? SUV could be a 1991 explorer. ::**

I guess but I'm prepared to bet wahtever SUV he has it isn't one of those ;)
Over here in the UK at least you've got to have money to afford to run pretty much any SUV.

Re: Peter Manfredo Arrested
Just did a quick search it was a 1994 Chevy Blazer. Maybe not the most expensive vehicle but I still think he's a kunt ;D

Re: Peter Manfredo Arrested
I'm with Bilbo...if you're renting a property from someone, you pay the rent, or you get what's coming to you. Missing one month's payments isn't so bad, but if it builds up over month, then as far as I'm concerned its the landlord's signal to unleash hell. Like switching off the electricity and water to the property. Or maybe writing a spiteful note....

Re: Peter Manfredo Arrested
That's more stones than what he showed in the calzaghe fight.

In the UK you have to have money to drive a hybrid scooter, I can't believe how much you pay for gas.

To Peters credit he came to the Calzaghe fight rady to give it his all. He would have lost either way but the stoppage was way too soon.

It sounds to me like Manfredo think he's The Godfather of Providence.
If someone is destroying your property you take the proper steps in getting them out of there.  The world has enough drama without people pretending to be 1950's Mafioso. Or Mafiosi, whatever fits here.

Lets be clear though that Peter has denied any wrongdoing so it's his word against his tenant.
And if he already owed $1800 in unpaid rent going through the proper channels probably wouldn't get anywhere.
Besides the guy admits he broke Manfredo's house window so what's the difference?
Only that Manfredo didn't owe the scabby pikey $1800 as well.

I don't know why Gary was afraid of Peter, we all know Peter can't fight. ;D
I wonder if Peter showed up dressed as a 'GOOMBA' like he has been dressin' up for his fights.
