I don't care much for country music.
I'm definitely getting front row tickets if they come to pittsburgh or anywhere near here. I just wish the first show was here because every show on the list has a higher and higher chance of ending in another breakup.

If what i just saw on ticketmaster is their reunion "tour", i'm officially pissed. They have two shows in NC, two shows in illinois (chicago i understand, but two shows in that state ???) two shows in fucking canada and a show in michigan (not detroit). 0 west coast shows and none near pittsburgh. Seeing Skynyrd is pretty fucking cool, I love them. That must've been awsome. I don't really like VH, but it'd still be cool to see Eddie play, he's a guitar god. Any one who thinks van halen started hair metal is an idiot and obviously hasn't heard their songs that don't get a lot of air time. Them, AC/DC, and sabbath all pioneered the hard rock and later born heavy metal genres.
I really don't know why vanhalen always gets snubbed but ac/dc and black sabbath are borderline worshiped when it comes to historians talking about their music. Some bullshit VH1 countdown show had the 50 greatest metal songs of all time and not 1 VanHalen song made it. Meanwhile the scorpions and quit riot made the countdown. The scorpians have been around since the 60's but comeon thats more hair than anything else and quiet riot got the nod simply because randy rhoads used to play in that band.
....and Quiet Riot covered their hit song

I rate Van Halen just above Guns'n'Roses but that is probably just me....DLR was the better front man and Alex Van Halen is one of THE BEST drummers
