Failure everywhere he's been
Until now... ;)
I am a hopeless Vikings fan. I understand they have a slight chance of making the playoffs and losing in the first round. More likley is a 6-10 record and a cry for the days of Moss and Culpepper.
Taan, my man... Farty Snotandslimer will not be taking his team to the Superbowl. ;D
He got S-canned bro, they got Norv Turner nowQuote:

He looks DAMN good. I think he broke for 45 yards or something on his first carry, and looked equally impressive after that during his limited preseason action.
The defense is strong, they have an excellent running back tandem that's never gonna have a problem moving the ball downfield, and their qb situation isn't as bad as people let on.
As long as they have Jackson throwing short passes (and every once in a while a mid range pass) there's no reason they won't go deep into the playoffs. That's exactly what the Steelers did a couple years ago with Roethlisberger, and they won it all. Keep in mind, the Steelers didn't start to suck until they thought that Roethlisberger was a good enough qb to carry their offense (and we all know what happened then)
Vikings have a much better running game than the Steelers did then, incredibly underrated defense, and the NFC is wide open.
It's worth 10 bucks on Minnesota to win the conference, because I'm sure the odds are more than favorable towards the Vikings.
Him and the GM hated eachother,it really started falling apart when they traded Cleo Lemon to the Fins for Aj Feeley, without even mentioning it to the coaching staff, and just kept getting worse.Quote:

49ERS! BITCHES

Attending a game in Frisco this year is one of my 'To do' things on my list.Quote:

The chargers are stacked but so is the whole AFC. The difference between a good team and a bad team in the nfl real isn't all that much anymore.
Nah Green Bay's gonna win the division. Their defense is quite possibly the best its ever been. Preseason doesn't mean anything but in two games they've had 12 sacks and 2 fumbles returned for touchdowns. Favre is more consistant than grossman or any other qb in the division (after his line was sured up last season, he really started to improve). Favre might even have that weapon receiver he's needed for awhile in Jones. They're making the playoffs but i'm not making predictions beyond that.Quote:

I'm hoping the Seahawks can get back to the super-bowl, I like their chances a lot better than most people seem to. And go Bengals, they won't be terrible if they can manage to stay the fuck out of jail.
THE FALCONS...
What?
Too soon?
LOL good oneQuote:

San fran could be competitive this year and st louis is probably gonna be a factor. Their offense is stacked tho and atleast they have arizona for 2 easy wins.Quote:

I'm a Brodie Croyle fan from college but he is gonna be a trainwreck for the Chiefs this year. I see a lot of cringe worthy interceptions coming.
As for who wins, hopefully not the Patriots. Or the Bears. Thinking maybe the Saints although that's probably wishful thinking because of their defense.
You lot can talk as much as you want but it's the Chargers this year....
The Patriots are stacked. If they don go nearly undefeated or win a superbowl, it just goes to show how overrated tom brady really is. I dunno how grossman can hold down a starting job. An under 40 rating in 4 games and he makes it to the superbowl (one such game against a rebuilding GB defense)?
I picked bears and chargers for the superbowl last year in week three. From the AFC it has to be the chargers, they are the most complete team. In the nfc it could really be anybody because all the top teams have flaws but is seriously have to pick Green Bay (SD and GB meet in week 8 i believe). Their defense might not be as impressive as the bears (its getting close) but their offense will be a lot more consistant this year. And with the first pick in the 2008 NFL draft the detroit lions select....
I got another parley on pats and titans win...pre-season has been good to me so far I'm 100% on my picks ;)..if these halftime leads hold out ;)
Money in the bank...I just put a 11 team parley :o..for 5 bucks :D pays out 5500.
NO need to post my opinion.....although truthfully i don't see us making too much noise this year.
I can't believe jacksonville cut leftwhich :o.

I think that Atlanta has a little bit too much faith in Joey Harrington, but on the plus side, if Atlanta starts Harrington they won't win more than 2-3 games and line themselves up to take the top QB (Brohm from Louisville, so far) in the 2008 draft class.
Cashing it in is the only thing i could see them looking to accomplish with harrington as well. Brohm is better than quinn and will be in the pros too. QB's are hard to predict success with tho. An arm and winning in div1 football doesn't mean you're pro material as there is almost no parity in college football and the bigger schools will always decimate the smaller ones. Despite that, I still have brohm as the number one qb for next years draft as well.Quote:

What the hell is going on with this season? Cleveland beating cincinnati IN A SHOOT-OUT? The texans are 2-0?
The 49ERS are 2-0.... 8)
Wheres amat?
Broncos are 2-0. I don't care how they got there. 2-0 is 2-0.
They might actually win the division this year. I'm hoping GB beats the chargers next week. They're tied with detroit for the top of their division :o.Quote:
