I don't think it has anything to do with Morales losing to MAB,it's more that he cannot stand him but how will this go down with the Mexican hardcore fans? Will they view him as a traitor?I'm not sure,I know alot of latino fans respected Manny after his wins over Morales.

This is funny! I think it definitely has more to with EM's feelings towards MAB than his friendship with Pacquaio.
I bet anything if Barrera wins and Morales is in Pacs corner we will see them get into Barrera-Morales IV

Barrer has always said he rates morales higher than him self when asked about the best mexican fighters... i doubt marco is the type to lie..
it's a shame they fell out, i think it was mainly down to the face marco is a very very proud warrior, and struggles to accept a loss, hence why he can be dirty at times... but you can see why he would be so pissed after what he went through in his first fight with morales and get screwed by that... also tho, u can see why erik would be pissed as he must of throught he won too and to here what marco said would of hurt him.
it's a shame they could not of made up, i thought after the rubber match they would of, shame tho...

Honestly, I don't see any biggie on this issue (except that EM is willing to give Pac some pointers to beat MAB).
I mean, MAB was in Hatton's entourage against Castillo.
Same thing with Mosley and Hopkins with the MexAm ODLH against PBF.

Erik has gained more fans than what he has lost. I believe Erik and Manny had become good friends after their trilogy. They fought each other but they did not hate each other. That's good news for boxing. You can fight each other but you need not be enemies.

What's really funny is that if Morales and Barrera both retire, there's a good chance they get inducted into the Hall of Fame together in 5 years when they become eligible.
Watching those two share the same stage again would be interesting to say the least.
