Was just over on the Hatton forum...

Now we all no i'm a hatton fan, i mean my mates call me hitman and my little brother hitman jr!, iv never missed a ricky fight, i travel to england regularly to see him fight and generally i worship the fella. Yet im always impartial and il criticise him when i feel it is due.

However on the Hatton forum i have never met a group of so-called experts who no so little and yet claim to know so much! And they are so aggresively defensive of Ricky its ridiculous! Freedom of speech is a no no if ur anti-hatton on any subject! Like i said i love rick but that forum is ridiculous.

Anyone else encountered the same thing on the Hatton forum or elsewher?

Had the same treatment at the Hatton forum as you mate. All I did was mention his poor performances againsed Maussa and Collazo and I got sad clicked, abuse etc.... so I rarely post there because I can't be arsed with the hassle.
Saddo's has all I need in a boxing forum. I only really look at the Hatton forum for news about Rick.

I think I once asked who would win, Hatton or somebody else (CAN'T remember his name), and it wasn't five minutes later I refreshed and I got the ban message. Just don't even waste time there. ;)

Yeah, the moderators are obviously highly unprofessional there,
Abuse seems to be commonplace there for guys questioning rick and the mods let it run!!!

This is genuinely a far superior forum tho, iv haven't been on many but this does the trick for me nyway.

Mate there are lots worst, obviously its a forum for a guy they love in and out of the ring, the nuthugging goes a bit far but there is a ahndful if not more experienced posters who are quite impartial, you want to try the Cotto site for bullshit, if you say his shit stinks on there you get ran out of there.

Yeah i saw that alri, and i no that everybody is defensive of their favourite fighter, but the thing is Ricky IS my favourite fighter at the moment and perhaps it was just because i've become accustomed to saddo's where everybody has their own unique opinions and views and are willing to argue their points, but i just felt it was a forum with very little actual substance.

Yep i read through the posts looks like just alot of biased fans who don't know what there talking about there was few good posts but you can't say anything negative about Hatton or ect pretty bad site.

Bein honest im not even gonna try voice an opinion on the Pac forum. Altho it would be fun to launch a "I love marco thread there."

I think that I should be made a MOD on the Hatton site.

I've already got some fresh ideas about some threads that I could start to liven things up.

It is what it is and it's got some brilliant posters. I think I'm more qualified than most to say that since (like here) I've been a Mod there for as long as I can remember.

If there's one place on the net where Hatton fans should be able to wear thier laser blue with pride it's gonna be on Ricks official site, you donuts ;D

So, yes it's biased but whaddya expect?

Take them outside of Ricky and you'll find some genuine fight fans able to mix it with the best ;)

Rickys site is paced differently to here. Because the membership isn't as big it's easier sometimes to get your points across on a given thread.

That said, I like the fact that the gloves can come off here and because we're so diverse there's always a ying to your yang 8)

There's always been a good affinity between the posters here and at Hattons cos of Saddos influence and hard work over there ((he designed it and sorts out all of the techy stuff)).

I get along just fine over there and I am a ridiculous Mayweather fan..... If you stay respectful to them they will do like wise ;)
