Looks like this fight is going to be happening. Its a real good step up for Khan and i do believe he can take Earl. It should be a real entertaining fight like against Willie Limond.
Khan stoppage is my view.

Khan stoppage is my view.
Khan will box circles round Earl. Earl is tough. He proved this against Yuri Romanov and Katsidis although he lost the latter when well behind. I also reckon Vanzie beat him.
Decent name for Khan. Earl then Thaxton then Romanov for me. Maybe decent level European before Romanov.
Good step up about time.
I see Con destroying Earl. Earl's a modest to light puncher who pretty much shot. The beating he took in his last fight was pretty brutal. Sure he scored a knock down (credit to him) but all that did was give him 3 more rounds of punishment. I don't see Earl as really a big step up for Con.
is this ont he pbf undercard?
I'd say this is a big step up. This fight is to Khan what the first Danny Williams fight was to Audley in my opinon. He's the number 2 lightweight behind Thaxton just like Williams was number 2 behind Skelton.
Audley never managed to get his career past this point and it took him about 5 years to get there!
If Khan wins this he already eclipses Audley's achievements before he's even turned 21 so I'd say this is a crunch fight for Khan in terms of assessing any future potential.
I'm actually suprised they are moving him this quickly, Earl is a pretty good fighter on his day.
It will be intriguing to see how Khan's performance compares with Katsidis.
Great fight, can't wait.

The worrying thing is that Khan is fighting another guy with a sub 0.50 KO record. His last seven opponents had scored only 24 KO's in 127 wins. That's pretty low for a supposed future world champ. :-\
Khan will take him IMO..Too much speed and power just like Katsidis had. He is going to have to step up to fighters with more power soon though..the problem isn't going to go away if you run away from it..If he doesn't end up in there with someone a bit more powerful soon I fear the Limond knockdown might play on his mind when he finally does. Hopefully it hasn't knocked his confidence too much.
Kahn win.
yup.Quote:

He don't wanna go toe to toe with Earl for too long either,he needs to box his head off instead.
Great matchup and i think Khan wins by stoppage inside 6. ;)
Ur expecting a shitload to happen in 6 rds!!!Quote:

Good fight.
Earl is a decent fighter and this should tell us alot about Khan. I mean Katsidis ripped Earl apart but was dropped,I wonder if Khan can look better? Either way, good step up for Khan.
Sounds about right . Kahn to face guy comig of a horrific loss in his last fight
;D
I agree and i have been one of the ones slating Khan recently but i think this is good step up then if Khan looks impressive a fight with Thaxton has to be next.Quote:

Great fight. I hope it's made. The fight with Katsidis was immense. Toe to toe action. Earl has heart and this for me will really tell where Khan is at the moment. Great fight.
Good fight, and a reasonable step up for him. IMO This is as tough a fight for him if not tougher than Thaxton. A lots been made of Thaxton as someone who can expose Khan, I don't see it myself, I see Khan beating him easily if he sticks to his boxing, possibly a late KO, it might be risky to brawl with Thaxton, but I'd still give Khan the edge in that sort of battle.
It's the step up after these guys is where we'll find out most about how far Khan go. Anyway, can't criticse Khan or Warren on making the Earl fight.
Where is your source for this? Do you have any idea as to where the fight will be held as I wouldn't mind getting tickets.
Its on December 8th at Bolton Arena, Bolton, Lancashire,Quote:

i think people want thaxton to beat kahn and they confuse that with believing thaxton would win...i mean he's an honest pro and he has a decent punch and fitness but still think kahn is far to skilled....even at this stage.
IMO kahn has more potential than Hatton had and look where Hatton is. Hatton beat thaxton....kahn will do the same, after he stops graham earl.
Now things are getting interesting with Khan
This is a step up and he should beat him if he stays on the outside and uses his speed and boxing skills but if he mixes it he will be in trouble. I do not think Khan is world class, he has very good speed, but he is not a puncher and he will struggle at the higher class imo. Thaxton is a step up and that fight would be really interesting.
Having been outside the UK for so long, I really havent followed the Khan hype all that closely.
This will be the first time I take a serious interest.
Should be a good fight.
finally someone who is half decent. i hope khan wins and he probably will
I'm starting to detest Kahn less.
I think Earl weathers the early storm and Knock s Khan out inside 11Quote:
