well anyway i got caught in the toilets at work in front of the mirror by a complete stranger.

Ye I do it now and again actually, again F*** knows why because I don't box at all just like knowing and reading up and joining in debates about it.
The sport I play all the time is Tennis so I keep myself in shape for that as I play in the Liverpool Men's league but Boxing is the sport I love most even though I don't do it.
The looks i get when i get bored and start loosening up.
My best mates girlfriend doesn't no what's wrong with me!

This is going to sound even worse. I don't shadowbox but i do footsweeps and reaps. Sometimes i'll open a door by footsweeping it.
Odd looks i can tell you.

I used to practice katas and hand strikes when I was a printer and had the press running well.
This doesnt sound to embaressing,but it would get twitchy when a customer walked in and I didnt hear the door open

Surprisingly I've never minded someone seeing me shadow box in an odd place. They always look at you strangly though, but sh!t there is worse things you could be caught doing in a toilet at work by a stranger. O0

Lol, this happens to me all the time while I am walking my dog.
I will be in the park thinking no one is around. It usually starts out throwing a few odd punches, but then I usually end up getting all focused and intense.
Sometimes I try to do footwork around my dog as she tries to bite me, she always attacks me when I shadow box :)
More often than not someone ends up walking by and sees me doing this. It's awkward.
Not quite shadow boxing but I caught myself one night years ago I used to practice under no moon over the road in the middle of a school oval around midnight so noone including me could see anything, practicing a nunchuk kata and got my self in the temple and dropped out for a little while.
