By the way, I think that the current crop of super bantamweights/featherweights are the second most interesting weight class behind the welterweight division. HBO should jump on some kind of promotion tour and get de leon, Vazquez, Lopez, et al in the ring in some kind of tournament in 2008.

Joan Guzman v Jorge Barrios was a gem for me. people are pretty cold on Guzman but he's one of my top 5.

As a Pacquaio fan, I'd like to add Pacman vs Barrera 1.

126/130 may have the most great fights of any division outside of Heavyweight, certainly the last 15 years have been nothing short of spectacular. This thread puts it right in perspective.

I know it's kinda lame and something a bandwagoner would do but Amir Khan v Willie Limond was a fantastic fight in my opinion. Oops I think it was at 135lbs.

Danny Lopez-Mike Ayala was one of the best fights for any weight
Willie Peps win over Sandy Saddler was also one of the best ever.

So then PBF vs. Corrales should be listed in a 'Best Performances' thread not best fight.
I think Corrales did anything to make the fight good, matter a fact I couldn't even tell you if I ever saw him Corrales land more then 2 punches in a round. Scratch that! I couldn't tell you if Corrales ever actually touched PBF.
No doubt the fight was one of the best for PBF but one of the best fights in general for my likings no. Thats why I put "IMO" (in my opinion)

Fair enough Mick just i really enjoyed the boxing exhibition Mayweather done it was masterful to watch and Corrales tried his hardest and never gave up even when his corner threw in towel he wanted to carry on it was masterful performance to watch but are tastes are different but what did you think of the Augutus fight ?? i thought that was slugfest but skillful one by Mayweather.
