I reckon the Parisians will give Haye a right warm welcome, and Haye will really have to go some to make an impact on Mormeck. I reckon he'll need to quiet the fans early on to put Mormeck under pressure, but if Haye has the 12-round stamina I think he can win in the later rounds with his power.
I know for a fact that Haye has been training "Like a Ninja on Speed" in the Trodous mountains of North Cyprus and is bang up for this.
This could be all over after he lands that first 1 - 2,if Mormeck can take that power then Haye is in for his hardest fight but i really do think our boy will smoke him early. ;)
They've still not sorted the TV over here :-\
SO: How do you see the fight going?
DH: I see Mormeck rushing me as he always does, trying to get close and bully me. I will land a big counter, his legs will go to jelly, and then I will finish him off.
;D
Well Setanta have Cotto vs sugar shane on the same night....so don't think they will be covering it. Maybe sky will seen as tho they have covered all his career....be a bit pointless if they didnt.Quote:

Would be criminal to Team Haye if this is overlooked :o
Well, if none of the TV companies pick it up, I'm sure SOTV will fancy it cause it would bring an awful lot of British punters into their website and service for the first time.Quote:

Its frustrating that this one isn't yet showing as being on the box.
Will their be an on-line option?
I've been trying to find out the exact same thing so far...but I've found nothing that will be showing it in the UK so far. It'll be absolutely embarrassing for Haye and their camp if the biggest fight of his career isn't shown in his home country.Quote:

So alas plans have been made and I'll miss it whatever the screening possibilities are. Best I think I'll get is some-kind of after the event re-run somewhere on the net, if I find anywhere!
Great match-up and the winner will prove he is No.1 in the World.
Can't believe this ain't on UK TV. :o
I think Haye wins and by KO - gonna be tough.
Carnt wait for this fight it has got to be on sky its a massive fight for Haye hope he ko's Mormeck.
Four days to go and still no TV company in Britain showing it. F***ing disgrace.Quote:

He'll be double pissed this ain't being shown!
Criminal and maybe it'll hold him back too.
Read the other day Adam Booth said it's defintely NOT being shown.
King wants too much dough plus Sky seem only interested in fucking Fridays ::**
Hope that cunt King cracks soon and gives a cut price deal, some money is better than noe for the twat.
I think there's gonna be a whole bunch of people desperately trying to find a sopcast link to this fight so they can watch it from the UK, just cause King is holding out for more dough.
Why can't the BBC just offer him £2.50 and a Ceebeebies t-shirt for it. It's more than he'd get not selling it at all.
Gutted :(
I was really looking forward to watching this fight as part of the big 3 Brit fights. The others being Calzaghe and Hatton. ;D
Now its not on UK tv. :'(
Yeh it's a fuckin joke >:mad
Surely itl be shown via the net or something!!!
that is stupid! i can't believe we won't get to see it and even if we do watch it on the net - its awful quality
Nah not always, i watched a fight a couple months back and the quality was great only prob was it was a delayed feed and my mate called me just before the finish and said what a Ko huh?Quote:

ITS ONNNNN!!!!!
Setanta Sports have secured the rights to screen David Haye's fight with Jean-Marc Mormeck in Paris on Saturday, setting up a massive double bill for boxing fans.
The cruiserweight battle will be live on the channel and also via Setanta by Broadband.
Haye, forwarded as a possible future opponent for Enzo Maccarinelli, is aiming to land the WBC and WBA world titles from his French rival this weekend.
A shot at the heavyweight title would not be out of the Londoner's reach if he manages to secure victory against Mormeck, who was born in Guadeloupe.
The bout will be the first part of a huge boxing double header for Setanta Sports over the weekend as we are also screening Miguel Cotto's much-anticipated super-bout with Shane Mosley direct from the United States.
The coverage starts at 7.45pm on Saturday night, directly after our live Premier League match between Liverpool and Fulham, with the Cotto-Mosley fight on air from 3am on Sunday morning.
Thank the f**k for that....I was worried I wouldn't be able to see this fight at all. CC Mr Setanta. I guess Don King held out for 4 pounds and a Joe Calzaghe t-shirt.
Gonna upgrade my digibox and subscribe to Setanta. Thank God they have the sense to show this great match-up. Comon David! :) ;D
Yeah great news for Haye 8)
I can't believe i got Setanta for 3 months (all in) for 15 quid.
BARGAIN
Not only that, but Setanta have promised not to show any of that drivel that Spurs fans like to believe is Premiership football...I knew it had to get screened somewhere (the fight, not Spurs).Quote:

No way Haye gets involved with Skelton Williams and all those other numpties, not his mentality at all, he'll be gunning for a title as quick as, gotta respect that about him, no fucking about. Im sure 'someone' will try and tempt him with a UK fight but he really doesnt need it.
