I always thought Kassim Ouma would make one hell of a welterweight with the pace he once kept up, I also thought it might even add a few ko's to his resume because for a guy who has so many fights with numbers over 700, 800 his KO% is low

According to fightnews...Ouma actually lost tonight, which really puts him well and truly out of the picture, especially if the dodgy knockdown which gave him a split decision was as bad as the reporter for FN made it sound.
I know it can be difficult to motivate oneself for smaller tune-ups like this, but seriously he should be winning against opposition like this Saul Roman guy if he has any aspirations left in the sport at all.

That sucks. I forgot he was fighting to be honest. I guess its pretty much over for him, I'll still be a fan but ever since the Phillips, Jantuah fights he hasn't looked the same for some reason. Maybe once he got some money he wasn't as driven or maybe he's just taken too many punches.
