I couldnt find the original video I saw but this is the "hairworm", there are supposedly over 300 species and each one has a different host, the scary part is there is a possibility a species may mutate to enter a human host. This video isnt as creepy as the original, I'll still look for it...

Flipping heck you've got to feel so sorry for that guy. He's probably struggling with even the most basic of self maintenance like turning taps to wash, picking food up to eat etc etc.
My question is, if it stemmed from him cutting his knee as a teenager, did he have the first signs of this whilst conceiving his children, and what did his wife think at that time.
