Jack Kid Berg won the lightwelter title but it wasn't recognised in Britain at the time

No-one knows how he even got a WBA title shot let alone how he's a "world" champion.
The title of this thread is reffering to this place us lot from this side of the pond live. It's called GREAT Britain.

No-one knows how he even got a WBA title shot let alone how he's a "world" champion.
The title of this thread is reffering to this place us lot from this side of the pond live. It's called GREAT Britain.
Now that makes more sense, I guess our good friend TYSON didn't realize he put "British" instead of "Britain".
In that case I stand corrected Rees is a Great British world champ.
