Re: alex arthur v steve foster
Just glad to see Arthur fighting again.

Re: alex arthur v steve foster
AA should stop him, if he doesnt he needs to sort himself out. Foster is a bum to be honest I have no idea why he gets the shot at the weekend.
AA stoppage, early to mid rounds.

AGREED Arthur KO or if not a very wide points margin.

Derry Matthews owned him, if AA doesnt i would be very very surprised.

Re: alex arthur v steve foster
Such has Arthur found his level that I wouldn't be shocked if he lost. I think he'll win on points, but he has no hope against Guzman.
-
Re: alex arthur v steve foster
I've got these weird feeling arthur is turning into a small version of the Heavyweights, just unwilling to move on past the domestic scene for some reason...
-
Re: alex arthur v steve foster
I think Arthur would lose to Derry Matthews if they were ever to be put together. Matthews looks a world beater, so I'm not going to discredit Foster for that.

Re: alex arthur v steve foster
I think Carl Johanneson is more worthy of a shot than Foster. At least Johanneson is Bristish champ at Super Feather. Foster has done nothing apart from take a 6/ 8 rounder at that weight.

Re: alex arthur v steve foster
Don't think anyone should call Foster a 'bum', even though I think he has little chance of beating Arthur. Using the word bum is just plain disrespectful. Tam - would you go in the ring with him? I believe Arthur is a very good fighter, but he is being brought along incredibly slowly. This will do him no favours if he does meet the top fighters.

Calling someone a 'bum' is direspectful? Oh ok, then Junior Witter is a 'bum'!

well the fact i weight about 4 stone heavier than him i doubt i would go in there with him, if he got up in weight i would ::** Im joking of course i wouldnt. I suppose he isnt a bum but he isnt world title challenger worthy. He hasnt done anything and he lost to Derry Matthews and drew to Buster Denis i think his name was. Since then he hasnt done much and i dont see why he has his shot to be honest.

technically it is, but i agree that foster isnt world class, but AA is knocking on the door. This fight does nothing at all for him. I would be annoyed with him if this is going to be a regual way of defending his title. If he gets in with a live challlenger, he will get KTFO !

Re: alex arthur v steve foster
Fuck Alex Arthur he hasn't progressed in about 4 years. Rather than actually try and advance beyond the domestic scene he's just stayed where he is. No ambition and will lose by KO when he steps in with anyonehalf decent.
His reign on the domestic front won't last long as the winner of Johanneson Mitchell will end him anyway.
He'd beat Derry Matthews though, although I wouldn't put it past Matthew to eye gouge him or something in order to win.
