I ahve to disagree with you Tam...Mayorga is dangerous for anyone in 147-154.....When Mayorga somewhat composes himself ( notice I stated somewhat)....he is a dnagerous guy as long as every shot is not coming from the bleachers.....Ricardo always has a punchers chance and a bit more...I am not a huge fan of the guy but it is true...sleep on him and risk KO....

With that being said PBF would box his head off...not KO him because PBF does not have the power but for the first 3 when Ricardo is fresh Floyd would be in the danger zone if he slipped up...

Mayorga is a much better boxer than Floyd. You saw the skills and Ali like shuffle against Vargas. ;D

Who knows, maybe he could force Floyd to break his hands against Mayorga's melon skull. Short of Floyd breaking his hands or having a stroke or something in the middle of of the ring, I don't see what Mayorga plans to do against him. He's going to get picked apart.

I feel he is passed it though Daxx, that fight was at 168! Both of them were way out of their weight classes. An old De La Hoya beat him safely. Cotto and Williams offer too much at 147. Cintron would ko him without doubt. FM is too good for him, even if it went on the inside. RM is well past his best now, his best chance of getting a title would be to go for Forrest again but even now i think he would get beat by him.

I too would love to see it, I think for the first few rounds. All mayorga has to do is throw hell mary's. Maybe he hits floyds shoulder,arms, wrist, anything on floyd he may brake if he keeps hitting it hard enough. Thats if floyd covers up, but if floyd keeps running and making mayorga miss. That would suck cause mayorga will just gas himself out.

I'd put my money on floyd via u.d though but if mayorga catches him he will be out, that mofo hits HARD!

he coulnt beat him when mayorga put his chin in front of him, he fought him twice and LOST

he got injuried after he fought mayorga, plus when they do face off, mentally his mind would be on what happenes if he loses to one person 3 times and is the only person that couldnt beat him

Mayorga is dangerous. You're DAMN right. That said, Floyd would never fight him, and I know Floyd would probably easily outbox his crazy ass, as if he can even get his fat butt back down to 147, hell I'll be impressed and happy if Mayorga just cuts down to 154.

If Mayorga could keep from being knocked out, he might be able to handle floyd. I see improvement in mayorga and think he would be dangerous to anybody.

Mayorga wants PBF about as much as a hole in the head. All he really wants is money.

He is just trying to collect paychecks and is being used by whoever his promoter is as somebody to sacrifice to a top name fighter like he was sacrificed to De la Hoya and Trinidad. He is going to be sacfrificed again. It wouldnt suprise me if they gave him to Floyd but I think HBO will give him to Vernon Forrest as they seem to be trying to re-build his career.

Yeah except for a couple things:
1. Mayorga learned how to box a little and whipped Vargas
2.Forrest just fought on Showtime last time out NOT HBO.
3. Mayorga would beat Forrest again.
