Not sure about Vazquez,I remember he turned down a fight with Molitor a while back,it was in an article.
Judah didn't want to unify with Tony even though he said he would fight the winner of Tony Cintron to unify.

Everyone said he was scared of Lacy and he spanked him, same goes for Kessler..

I think Calzaghe would get in the ring with anyone its just his lack of willing to use his passport and Warren have held him back over the last 10 years.

Mosley is the one first one that came to mind. He's actually hurt himself at times by fighting guys that other fighters might have ducked.
