What does getting "ripped" mean? ???
Getting ripped is basically a term used to mean having a very low body fat % so that your muscles and abs are very defined. Also known as getting cut up. Gettting your body in this kind of shape is basically 80% diet and 20% weights and abs work. No matter how much you lift and run and do situps, you will never look "ripped" unless your body fat drops to about 6-10% body fat. Try to eat 5 small meals a day, with emphasis on carbs in the morning, and protein in the evening. As far as lifting, do excercises with less weight and more reps.. in the 15-20 rep range each set, very slow, pausing at the top and bottom. You wont gain much mass this way, but it will help definition. Hope that helps ya out. Good luck.
I'm pretty skinny, so I'm kind of ripped, but it's not just looks that count, it's actual strength. 8)
Easiest way is to do a lot of running, and keeping a disciplines diet.
luke, when you say that i should have a good diet, what easy meals could i eat because i am only 15 (nearly 16) and i don't know how to cook anything complicated??? :feedme:
lol interesting i want to get ripped to and have tryd for pretty long but the thing is i cant stop drinking cocacola :P and i eat alot of fat :P thats prolly why i dont get the most defined abs ^^

special machines witch you work very slow with and the machines have a speacial effect at the end of conctaction "it gets harder cause ur stronger"

well im getting alot more muscle and fast i hope it goeso on like this :> even do im not getting big im caind of getting ripped :P but i think you could do the exercises fast to get big to :>
If your trying to get ripped, lay off the sugar and white breads and up the cardio too... make sure you have plenty of protein so you don't lose any muscle mass from the cardio. bread can give you that flabby stomach hiding tour abs...I don't remember what it was in bread but my my trainer told me about it once.
