Damn!
That's a solid undercard. Is this a ppv fight? I kinda hope that it is because that's the only way I'm gonna get to see the undercard. HBO would rather re-broadcast a fight that took place the previous week than show the undercard, for some reason.
No doubt, I hate it when HBO does that, as I would much rather see the undercards.Quote:

It's a regular HBO fight, I am sure they will want to put at least one of the undercard matches on before the Main Event but they might not.
Greene-Quillin is going to be a barn burner!
Greene-Quillin's interesting, both New York guys right?
Never heard of Munoz. Checked boxrec, probably shouldn't have, his record sounds good but he's only beaten no hopers and for his one loss he lost like 120-108 to that Joey Gilbert guy from the Contender.
Oh well, Greene-Quillin's still sounds good to me. Hopefully they show that one as the co feature.
Looks good. Dunno who that guy that Duddy is fightin is, but nice record he's got.
And doesn't the article say Greene AND Kid Chocolate. Doesn't say they are actually fighting EACH OTHER. Does it?
Oh shit it does, I don't think its them two fighting each other, just them two both fighting on the same card.
Oh well, not so great after all ;D
Don't worry guys, even if HBO don't show the undercard you can bet the Colonel will be there 8)
I guess Matt Vanda fell through.....
I would think there is someone with a name Duddy could scrape up. This guy Munoz looks like a paper tiger to me. A little disappointed in that matchmaking, and Quillen and Greene are fighting TBA's as of right now, not each other. HBO would be smart to sign Duddy now to a contract, because he will sell alot of tickets for them, and the exposure would be great for him.
Ha. Well then can you bitches throw some CC's Hulk's way for saving the day and stopping a bunch of threads and hoop la over nothing?
Yep that's a nice one, I can hardly wait.
i think joe greene beats quillin
I haven't really seen Ibragimov fight besides the Holyfield fight, but i've seen plenty of Klit..
just out of curiosity, does Ibragimov have much of a chance?
That's a sweeet card....
Can't wait for this....
Cooooome OOOOONNNNN Wladdy....
I've been waiting for this day for at least 3 years I know Wladdys not the Undisputed Heavy but in my books he is. He is the Heavy Champ god I hope he picks up the WBA title one day.
Yeah I think Wladimir would beat any of the current title holders.
Here's a video of Sultan Ibragimov for you to compare him vs Wladimir.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w0XGa6OFmC0
Here's my fight plan for victory for both fighters
Sultan Ibragimov: keep moving, throw combinations, go to the body, avoid the right hand
Wladimir Klitschko: pace yourself, establish the jab, keep your guard up, and use your advantages in size and strength to land the KO shot
and feel free to check out the Sultan Ibragimov video on the bottom of page 1
not sold on Greene or Quillin yet. This is the biggest fight for each guy by a mile though and should be very interesting stylistically. I got to favor Quillin because he is a little more skilled imo. though he hasnt really beaten anyone either.
Dude they're not fightin each other! They are fighting opponents TBD.Quote:

Everyone knows if you're in close or out way far away then you aren't going to get hit as often or as hard, it's when you're inbetween when you get nailed
That's right. But Wlad's reach is so enormous that if you are far away, you are going to eat stiff jabs all night like Brewster did. Sultan MUST close the distance and get inside and try to trap Wlad against the ropes and just go for broke or something. Sorta like he did against Mora, cept I think Mora had him against the ropes and got knocked out. I don't remember exactly.Quote:

CC Lyle for the vids.. looks like Ibragimov has a chance, but the size difference looks to be the x-factor.. As previously posted, if Ibragimov can get inside the jab, he could find himself doing some serious damage with that left hand.
Delighted at this card!
I don't think he's as good as the vids I posted....he had really big trouble with Ray Austin and was knocked down by him.....he aslo couldn't stop Ray Austin even when he landed this BOMB on himQuote:

....I really wish he was fighting Quillin, that would have been a HUGE fight
