Robbery I wouldn't call it that's for sure the fight was pretty even coming into the 7th round but even the 7th & 8th rounds were won by Paulie IMO.
I ain't a fan of either guy but Ngoudjo just didn't do enough. 1 or 2 punches in a round isn't enough people tend to forget that judges also look for ring generalship which IMO Ngoudjo did nothing of. I had it 115-113 for Paulie.
it is when you consider that to give it between 3 and 6 rounds to Pulie meant that they had him winning a lot more rounds than he did!

Really the fans should completely Boycott the matches until some type of oversight is worked out to put some legitimacy and ethics into the sport. Right now nothing is done about it , there is no insentive to do anything about it, the fans don’t speak up loud enough. , and it simply goes unpunished. use your wallets as a weapon . don't pay !

I wouldn't disagree with people who had Herman winning but a lot of those rounds were close and if Herman won it was close, not a robbery IMO. Although I always say the word robbery is thrown around too much and nobody agrees with me. I mean say you had it 7-5, that's one round from being a draw and there were a lot of close rounds, hows that a robbery?
I will say that Paulie has gotten a little overhyped/overrated. Edner Cherry and Lovemore N'dou are solid wins, they aren't great wins. And yes he had some moments against Cotto and he did show heart but he had to show heart cause he basically got the shit kicked out of him.
He's a good fighter but he's got a ways to go and for a guy that moves a lot and has good reflexes his defense can be a bit sketchy at times.
Also i watch the fight with out the comentary too after the first time and i think still that Paulie pulled it off still.

I agree about Powderpuff being overrated too. There's something not quite right when the highlight of your career to date is getting your head smashed-in by a weight drained fighter.
I have always thought that judges should be answerable to a panel so that if their own scores are say 4 points out from any other judges or massivly wide of the mark on the compu score they lose something for their lack of attention.
They should have a point system as well ,start with five points ; so if they are too far wide of the mark they get judged by a panel and if guilty they lose one point, five points lost and they lose their position ringside.
But first they also need to have live action screens right in front of them on the desk so that if the corner men or ref is in the way they can still score the fight correctly by simply looking down.
Great competitors in a great sport ,let down by all the fools allowed to run it old ways.
Daddys boys or friends inherit positions faster than proven men with long records to prove it; more so in the ref circle which is even worse with ring deaths hanging over some who were allowed to continue.
The guy had a flat night thats all. He didnt work the jab enough and took a bunch of right hands...that being said I think he still utterly dominates Hugman ,Paulie has deeper skill-set and can take anything Vicky has to offer.

That was a real close fight, I dont know how anyone could say robbery and mean it. Maybe that one judges scorecard was questionable but the other two seemed within reason. I had Paulie winning 115-113, a rematch would be in order but I doubt it happens. People werent as up in arms when Castillo got his gift against Ngoudjo, lets be real. You just dislike Paulie and thats clouding your judgement. It was no robbery. If it was a draw or a close decision the other way, I wouldnt complain.

Paul looked very beatable in this fight and it does not bode well for him in a fight with Hatton.
ok maybe the desision on the whole wasn't robbery because i only gave it to Herman by 2 pts. Sorry if i worded it wrong. I just couldn't see it by 6 rounds to Paulie even giving him the close rounds.

With one of the round could have gone either way - Number 2 i believe..
But of course close round and im not afraid to admit i gave it to paulie because i wanted to give round 2 to paulie..
Not a good performance though.. But imo not what i would call a robbery
