If Hatton gets his fight with Oscar
This is a possibility , Hatton has said hed like the fight.
But ive thought long and hard about this and if it does happen i cant see any other result other than a quick KO for Oscar.
I cant see how on earth Ricky can win , Oscar carries to much power for Ricky and a left hook which Ricky is vulnarable to starts the down fall.
I like Hatton alot but it does look now as he is just going for these fights for the money ( which i cant blame him by the way) a natural fight for him is Witter , but say wotever he wants , i think Ricky is ducking him now. So why risk a low money loss to Witter when u can have a MEGA BUCKS loss to Oscar.
Please tell me your views guys , am i being harsh on the HITMAN or talking sense ???

Oscar can walk through anything Ricks got, he'd batter him badly. Those obliged to back Rick will say that he's got a shot later on if Oscar tires but lets be realistic, he wouldnt make it into the second half of the fight.

i totaly agree Hatton cant hurt De La Hoya he will back Hatton up from the oppening bell and stop him early.Only very very slim chance is that Hatton lands a peach of a body shot that cripples Oscar but i very much doubt that cause Hatton even has the power to do that against the much bigger man.

You know VD i hate Witter and i really like Hatton , but i must say Ricky's reasons for not taking the fight with Witter do sound more and more lame by the minute. maybe im being harsh i dont know , but yes i would say that Ricky is avoiding the Witter fight for reasons only he knows. De La Hoya will totally blow Ricky away in my opinion.

Because Hatton knew he would get smoked by the best fighter on the planet, make 10 million, and still be considered the best at 140 after he loses.
If Hatton lost to Witter, he makes nowhere near the money he got for Mayweather, he loses to a guy that isn't even considered to 15 P4P, nobody considers him best at 140 along with losing 75% of his fan base, as well as the support of an entire country.

Hatton has said he will not fight Witter cuz of Witter's past insults. Yet how did Hatton get the Mayweather fight? Oh yeah, by insulting him. I think it's more of a case that Hatton sees Witter as a live threat. And he would absolutely hate to lose to Witter. Witter would never let him forget it. Hatton doesn't have the confidence that he can beat Witter like De La Hoya had when he fought Vargas. A fighter he said he would never give the opportunity to fight him

If that's the case than Hatton's being a sensitive little bitch. There's nothing wrong with Witter's methods. Insulting a fellow fighter is very common. This is boxing. What was Witter suppose to do? Bring him flowers? Take him out to dinner? Come on now. Hatton is considered number 1 at 140. Witter is considered number 2. At the worse 3. Make the fight. And Hatton not wanting to give Witter a big payday is a bullshit excuse. Cuz Witter stated plenty of times that money would not be an issue. He would take a small purse just to fight Hatton.
