Nikolay Valuev vs Serguei Lyakhovich - RBR -

The winner of the fight will get a titleshot at Ruslan Chagaev,but who will it be ?!?
Both boxers come from crappy performances...

Valuev got a gifted decision against Canadian Bergeron.The Canadian southpaw ran for the most part of the figth,but countered nicely with his big left,Valuev turned it up in the last rnd,but IMO too little too late...

Lyakhovich last performance against Briggs was even more terrible as you might all remember(and only the lucky ones have it forgotton)...Both men didn't really want to fight.Lyakhovich was slightly better and leading on points till he got knocked out in the last rnd and in the last second of the fight...Sad thing was that this was a world title fight...

Lyakhovichs team claimed that their boxer was injured and couldn't train and spar properly for the fight...seeing Lyakhovich weigh-in pictures and the fact that he weighted 250,8 which is a good 12 lbs over his usual weight I say he must be injured again:rolleyes:...


The fight will start in 3 to 4 hours...

I feel sorry for anyone who watches this. Might have taken a bit of interest in it if Liakovich didn't look the same or worse than he did against Briggs. This is going to be a god awful fight. And did Bergeron really deserve the nod over Valuev in your eyes? I didn't see the fight but I had seen Bergeron fight before and he's not very good.

You know...I like Valuev,for someone of his size he is a pretty decent boxer...
But he wasn't able to catch Bergeron in the corner or at the ropes and punch output was even for Valuev standard way too low...I think Bergeron won this at best it was a draw...And keep in mind I belong to the few people who had Valuev winning over Ruiz...;)

Wow,Liakhovich really looks like a freashly formed loaf of unbaked bread In the weigh In pic. I really was hoping he could do something In the division but does not look the part.

I looked uo the undercard and they really brought over the opponent bus with Wiggins,Bates And Williams. King Arther Is faaar past It but was always very shifty.

which means too many users using that stream

Brave move from the Frenkel camp as Williams has alot of expirience and a bit of power and his ko losses have been been mostly to bangers...

Frinkel just KO'd him in the 5th looked good doing it and his chin seems ok as he took a few in the process... i would have said Williams could have carried on but not really for much longer.

keep an eye on Frenkel in the future as thats a pretty good scalp for his 14th fight. :cool:

YES I just refreshed the page and it's working now perfect (Doing post fight interviews which I can't understand a word of) and it's great quality on that German stream and so there must have been to many users or something, anyways it rocks now ;D Come On Nikolay.

Man, this is the best I've ever seen Valuev, speedwise. He's actually shooting double jabs. He's hard to beat against anyone if he develops that jab. I'm liking what I'm seeing so far, he may convert me to a fan if he keeps it up! Oh have some rep btw.
