Anyone been watching this program on Showtime?
It's a mini series (3 parts) countdown to the fight.
For those who havent seen the program or for those who want to re-live the 2 fights you can find it all here... ;)

For the record they've only aired 2 parts of the mini series the 3rd part will be aired this weekend.

Ok why does everyone assume that this will be the last fight between these two.Is it so automatic now that someone who fight's three times it's the end.What happened's if there is a draw , they both knock each other out,orThe judge's side with one fighter soo much much that the public demand's a rematch.I really don't know what this has to do with anything I was just wondering.
Is surprising how little attention's being paid to this fight. I'm looking forward to it, great weekend of boxing overall.
After this match I don't think either fighter will be the same, they have taken alot out of each other in their previous two matches, this is Barrera Vs Morales times 3

Yeah Showtime sucks as far promoting this fight....I never saw any advertising for the build-up shows, hopefully they show them in order these next few days. I went to watch those one's you posted Mick but it was like strobe light with the pausing so I couldnt last long with that. I have come to my conclusion that Vasquez k.o.'s Marquez again but this time its later then the first maybe 2-3 rounds later. Otherwise he could get stopped on cuts because I recently saw pic's of him and his eyes look they are still healing some, they appeared redish where his cuts were before.

Re-watching the first two fights, and it obvious there is no way this is going 12 round at the pace of either fight. They both took some many clean shots its amazing they both went as long as they did. To think some people were questioning Isreal's heart after the first fight, shame on you.
For your troubles try opening in it in another screen, then pause it and continue to post. Then comeback to it in minutes and the video should be fully loaded and ready to play. At least that works for me...Quote:

Ha Ha Ha...Just the opposite for me Mick...I was a Vazquez fan going into the series now am a fan of both......I am still rooting for Israel but will not be overly disappointed if Rafael wins...It reminds me of Gatti/Ward to an extent...against anyone else I would root for Ward and Against anyone else I would root for Gatti but against each other it was like :confused:.... One minute I was screaming Gatti's name during a flurry to KO Ward then ten seconds later I am screaming for Ward to KO Gatti as soon as he starts coming back.....It is fights like these and trilogies like these that make me love boxing so much.....This is going to be a great fightQuote:
