I took a young lady out last night that works at the Wynn hotel with me. The girl is cute and has a nice figure, but as we are sitting down chating over some whine she reaches down to get some cigarettes from her purse and I realize that she has a lazy eye. Now it does not make her super unattractive but it is a turnoff.
I met a Dutch girl in a club once and we had sex a few times.
She was quite attractive but she had a lazy eye too.
It didn't stop me from banging her but it certainly prevented me from ever taking her out in public.
We stopped seeing each other after she put a brick through the passenger window of my car.

Actually she wasn't my girlfriend she was just some girl I pulled in a bar. Actually she pulled me. I had a shaven head at the time and she kept feeling it and asking my I'd shaved it so short. It's funny I think I look like a right ugly twat with a shaven head but I was so much more popular with girls then :-\
She was quite cute, Dutch, 19, slim, brunette. I didn't notice the eye till I got her home.
Anyway we had a few more nights together but at no time was she my girlfriend.
Her eye wasn't really as bad as the girl in the pic, but you could notice, she was just boss eyed.

Having said that I wouldn't dismiss either if whatever aesthetic imperfections they had were small enough to not even be noticable when I met them.
If you're looking so hard to find superficial faults to pick on in a person you shouldn't be in a relationship with them anyway. That'd be a pretty good indication that you're not relationship material - at least at the point in time.
Also it's extremely low form to decide to make a joke of her years later on the internet especially when she might put real effort into all other parts of her appearance (you said she had a good body) - perhaps more than you!
