It's over at boxingscene, I guess GBP powered Diaz is giving Cas the most $$$, fight maybe in Houston. I'm confused because I though Santa Cruz and Nate would be ahead of Diaz. Should still be a good fight.I think Diaz wins on work rate,Cas,although stopping Kats,has slowed BIGTIME.
Casamayor should have been looking at a Campbell rematch IMO. But your right it's probably bigger money! I gotta go against you Gamo; I think even though Joel is a little past his best he'll take care of Diaz.

Dude, me and VD need a big fucking bet if this comes off. Juan is one of my top fighters. I'm a big fan and can't wait for him to put a beating on Cas.

But I really have a hard time seeing Frank WArren put him in against Nate Campbell at this point. In fact I'd put big money on that fight not happening in the immediate future. Yep, hate to think that it will happen that way but I do doubt Campbell is going to be able to land a big fight that will be good for him anytime soon. Khan, Casa, or even a rematch with Juan are all obvious matchups that would be good for the sport. But I'm inclined to think none of those guys will be pursuing a fight with Nate unless enough time passes where he loses it. Frank Warren or DLH will not let their young talent near him imo. And Casa obviously want's a bigger payday and a winnable fight to go out with. I do think Juan would beat him though, so I can't fault Casa whatsoever. I just wonder if Juan Diaz would still represent a bigger paycheck for Casa, even though Campbell just beat him:confused: I can only hope that Pacquiao fights Diaz and then is willing to fight Nate. If it don't make money, it don't make sense. Casamajor can beat Diaz, then Campbell, then rematch Katisidis and then loose against Khan.
Casamayor would rough up Diaz worse than Nate did.

Casa really didn't rough up Kats that well, granted he was better off to try and box from the outside but still Kats was able to grind him down and pressure him big time through all the middle rounds and Casa wasn't really having any of it on the inside. Juan Diaz is a much better schooled fighter than Kats who probably has a better chin as well. I have a hard time seeing Casa beat him unless he was somehow really shook up after losing to Nate, but I doubt it. I think that Campbell fought far better against Diaz than Casamayor is capable of doing against anyone these days.Quote:
