I think more than anything, this whole ordeal has shown the power of youtube. It's almost unreal that outside of a few former olympians, almost no boxer has ever had this much exposure before making his pro debut. Only 2 ways to look at it; unbelievably sad or unbelievably hilarious, I choose the latter.

Look, let's give the kid some slack here. He's clearly going to be one of life's losers. He's got absolutely nothing going for him, has he? He's not exactly a charming individual, he's got zero social skills, he's thick as a brick with no education. And he's fighting for a few hundred dollars. Not a lot of scope for any upward mobility in his future. What he does give is excellent entertainment value and it's all unintentional on his part. So just sit back and enjoy the Charlie experience.
