If all at there prime, not sure what weight 2 go 4 here, lets say SMW would have fought each other (and Toney was'nt weight drained either) outcomes? Who would u of liked 2 see fight most? Or in unification box off,who comes away the Champ?

Jones>Toney>Hopkins(close)>Calzaghe. Imo.
RJJ by a long way.
1.Jones
2. Hopkins
3.Toney
4.Calzaghe
What Calzaghe ever have lost to Drake Thadzi?
Roy
Calzaghe
Toney
Hokpins
Fact.
Jones, Hopkins, Toney, Calzaghe
RJJ
B-Hop
Calzaghe
Toney (No way the other 3 lose to Thadzi or Griffin) without DQ ;)
I think RJJ beats all of them at any weight tbh,I could see him UD all at SMW,possibly stoping Calzaghe. For me the intrigueing match up would b Hopkins V Toney, can u imagine the trash talk?! Then u got the fight, could'nt imagine it 2 b the most exciting of fights, but 2 put 2 of the best Boxing brains in there with each other of the last 15yrs would b intresting enough. 1.RJJ 2.Toney/Hopkins 2 tough 2 call 4.Calzaghe,I'd say Toney and Hopkins would pull of a SD on Joe.
i'm goner upset some people but
roy jones, hopkins and toney would all fight each other, but i doubt joe would fight any in there prime
i think hopkins would beat jones, toney would beat hopkins, roy jones beats toney, hopkins beats toney in re-match, roy jones beats hopkins in re-match, toney betters jones in re-match, hopkins and toney draw the rubber match and roy jones and hopkins fail to aggree terms for rubber match, toney no longer can make weight for rubber with jones.................................many years after those 3 are pasted there primes calzaghe suprises suprise wants to fight them, gets a lucky close points win over hopkins and lobbys to get fight with roy jones,
thats my funny take
RJJ best of all
Hopkins beat Toney at middle but looses at Supermiddle
Galzaghe beats Hopkins and Toney at Super
Its a shame these 4 all fought mostly in diffrent weights, there all more or less natualy the same size,Can u imagine them all in the same weight class about 6 or 7 years ago?!
RJJ - Toney - Hopkins Calzaghe
the reason they didnt fight a SM is simple all except Calzaghe move on to bigger thingsin the case of RJJ AND TONEY) , and used Sm as stepping stone earlier in their careers , and Calzaghe stayed there way to long .
Jones
Hopkins (around the time he fought Trinidad would have been great to see against a prime Jones IMO)
Toney (at his best would have defeated Calzaghe)
Calzaghe (at his best may have defeated Toney)
Would Calzaghe have fought the best from middleweight to HEAVYWEIGHT and still had success?
IMO...
1. Jones
2. James Toney
3. Bernard Hopkins
4. Calzaghe
I know it seems like Im being hard on Calzaghe, but IMO Jones, Toney and Hopkins are on a different level, these guys are some of the best our generation has produced.
id have it
Jones-Calzaghe-Hopkins-Toney
He's 43, and to be honest I can't remember too many Hopkins fights where he impressed me any more than he did against JC, he's always boring and innactive! As far as JC goes, that was probably the worst I have seen him! Prime for prime nobody really knows
Hopkins always came in with a great game plan or two. He has always been a very clever fighter IMO & the win over Trinidad who was a big favorite coming in just exposed that to more people. When he fought Jones it was really his first time on the big stage & he was to tentative & gave Jones to much respect. I don't think he ever let that happen again!
I remember when there was Toney was at 190 & there was talk of a Hopkins/ Toney bout (It was on a Ring cover too) it would have been to technically brilliant old school fighters going at it. My opinion is Hopkins always had another gear to move into & a plan b or c if needed. It would have been a great battle to see
